My band teacher is blackmailing me to make me go in marching band. If I don't, then I have to do a repertoire test on all the songs we played at the final concert. :sick: So I guess I'll be donning my track suit come June 12th and marching pathetically around the streets of my town with a euphonium in my hands. :dozey:

The pastor at my church retired today. Last night there was a banquet, and this morning there was a church service where the bishop preached and a friend of the pastor (who is also a pastor) led the service. And there's this man who used to play organ but then he moved away, but he came back to play for the service. It was epic. I haven't heard an organ played like that since...well, since I was 6 and he moved away. :P

5:47 pm and wishing that jazz is going to be cancelled. But it won't be. It never is.

I want to fake sick...but my sister has such big anxiety issues that she'll freak out and make a huge deal about it if she thinks I'm sick. I hate how her issues control my life.

My band teacher is making everyone solo tonight as sort of an audition. I can't improvise to save my life, and I don't remember the chords/scale that we have to solo on. I really don't want to go!

My self esteem is so low it's probably a negative number.

5:14 pm and being nervous

I'm absolutely terrified about soloing at jazz tonight...he knows who he wants to play the solo, so why is he making us "audition" in front of everyone else?! I'm so nervous I'll probably pass out or my heart will burst out of my chest. :bigcry:

It used to be a drama every time! Up until the age of 12 or so I had a hell of a time swallowing pills and I'm not sure why. And then I was diagnosed with some thyroid thing (and it turns out they made a mistake or something and after a couple months my thyroid was normal again :rolleyes:) I had to take pills a couple times every day and it was hell!! But I got used to it and now I can swallow a mouthful of pills at a time. :P
