Yes, I see what you mean. Ugghhh I can't decide. I really suck at interpreting songs. Maybe I'll go to my teacher with a list of possible songs and their lyrics and he can help me! :cry:

If you do ALL Coldplay, other students might get angry! Unfortunately for them, because it just means that they don't understand the awesomeness of Coldplay. You could make it all Coldplay and then Coldplay-related things. So that you know it's connected, but no one else will. For instance, you could do the originals of songs that the boys have covered, and songs by bands that the boys like. Ooooh and Apparatjik! :dance:

Yeah I thought of that. But it's a little...repetitive. I love the song, but I need some more lyrics to work with. I don't want to do Viva la Vida because I know that in the past a bunch of students chose that song. :P I'm kind of thinking Twisted Logic or Violet Hill. :thinking:

Okay so I have to do this huge semester-long project on one song. Naturally, I chose to do Coldplay as my band. Now all I need is a song. It needs to be about the meaning of life OR drugs OR religion OR some kind of world crisis...basically it has to have some sort of deeper meaning, and it cannot be a love song. We have to be able to connect our song to different social and philisophical themes and also to link it with the beliefs and values of the band members. SO...does anyone have a good idea? I just need some suggestions and I can pick from there. THANKS.
