Hey, guys, I don't know if you have seen the trailer of Due Date, RDJ's next one, but I'd like to hear your thoughts about it. I'm right now too lazy to find a link but I'm sure it's on YouTube. Anyways, I've seen the trailer for three times now and I must say I'm a bit disappointed. You know, it's got the same director as Hangover, which was hilarious, but Due Date just seems quite... pointless. Sure, RDJ was hot as ever but it just doesn't seem that funny... I don't know. What do you think? (Oh, I just remembered I might've seen a whole topic for the film but I'm too tired to think now. And why not discuss it here, too?)

Sherlock Holmes is coming in December 2011, can't wait... But luckily before that we've got at least Due Date. That should be good... :) And yeah, of course I'm also posting this to keep our topic on the first page! Keep it up, guys! :D Meanwhile, these should keep you occupied:

I saw the Letterman interview, it was great! And then there was Jay Leno interview a few days back but I haven't seen it the whole way through... I love that he's doing so many interviews now but none of the shows he does shows here in Finland. I mean, we only have Jimmy Fallon in free channels, and he isn't there. (BTW, I can't believe I've missed Michael in Friends, too! I love Friends! But I've got half of the seasons and 4 isn't one of them... Going to the video rental, then. Thanks for letting me know!)

I haven't read the SH novels/short stories except from the Baskerville thing, but if the characters actually are more like those on Guy Ritchie's version, who the hell originally got them so wrong? Why did they create this image of a chubby, boring Watson for nothing?

I actually like the Academy and was generally pleased with the winners. But... 1. Ok, I haven't seen Crazy Heart but Colin Firth was unbelievable in A Single Man. 2. Academy is totally in love with Penelope Cruz and it's annoying. WHY WASN'T MÉLANIE LAURENT NOMINATED? She was damn awesome in Basterds. And WTF both women of Up In The Air? Seriously? 3. Original score should have been for Sherlock Holmes. 4. A Single Man should have even had a nomination in art direction and the movie. Because it's one of the best films of the year - but maybe it's just too good for the Academy (wouldn't be the first time, 2001: A Space Odyssey).

Ooh, I loved him at the Oscars! So cute and Mrs. looked really good too, I like that dress. And RDJ and Tina Fey together on stage = perfection. Although I think SH should've won the original score.

I've seen this already on February 12th. It actually opens here on 26th but it was a one-night preview. I had thought it wouldn't be that good but it was really funny. I love Ewan. :D Won't spoil you know but I'd love to discuss this when you've seen it!

Yeah, the MTV bit and the trailer... xD They're just great! Espacially the part of the trailer where they have that no-touching-sex scene. :D And the lust-looks on 0.17. That film really should get done! :D Ha, the coveted Crying Monkey Award.

Not fair... :) I've no money (not to mention even the dvd stores here suck) so I can't buy it. By the way, does anyone have the super version dvd of Tropic Thunder? The one with all the extras? Because I was impatient when the movie came out on dvd and bought the normal version, which has a few awesome features, but I'm thinking about buying the other one. I just don't know where I could dump the old one then. So, should I buy the super version?

Baz Luhrman? Seriously? Aww, my favorite! :D I began reading the book last summer but I've got so many books to read and a really intense year at school so it's still only half-way through. I don't know how it is written in English but the Finnish translation is kinda dull (and I know translations do sometimes ruin books)... But for the movie, I should read it then. Maybe in March when school gets easier. :)

I've wanted to watch Chaplin for ages but I don't know how because only the 2nd biggest movie rental company has it, and the website can't tell which stores have it. And the closest is 15 miles from where I live. Hoping it will someday air in tv... -.-'

What, you haven't seen Iron Man? Geez... Well, I admit, the movie is boring at times with all the technological blah blah but it's RDJ for god's sake and it's awesome. In a superhero movie -kind of way. :D
