I saw them once here in San Diego at The Casbah (small place, about 500 capacity), and when they did "The Next Morning" the whole place got really, really somber. It was like the song had had such an effect on people. it was really weird. Nobody could even drink their drinks after that. It just didn't feel right.

I totally empathize with "Unstable." I think it hits a little too close to home for me. When I hear "Goggles" I think of my friend Dan and this time we were at a bar and ... ... I don't want to ruin the song for anybody. Suffice to say he met a surprise friend.

The Nalforolic Coats! The new band signed to my label :P

This is her thrid album. Neither of the previous releases have been commerical successes. She's also a featured vocalist on many hip-hop tracks, most totably working with the Neptunes ("Milkshake" was produced by them). This song represents her most overt attempt at the mainstream market.

I'm not sure I really want any more to do with the U.S. than is absolutely necessary. A marriage recognized by Spain seems the better option.
