Hello fellow Coldplayers, I was on YouTube where I stumbled upon a really beautiful piano cover of the song and enjoyed singing to it so much I thought I'd record it. I hope you enjoy. PS. Hello everyone, Its been a while since I visited these forums, I had totally forgotten how cool it was around here. Isn't it funny how Coldplays one-off releases, 'Wish I Was Here' 'Atlas' 'Moving to Mars' 'Christmas Lights', all borrow that intimate, emotionally driven Chris Martin at the piano we all crave so much. I love how in between their LPs we are gifted songs such as these which really tug at the heart in a quieter way than the main album releases. Anyhow here is my cover of Wish I Was Here. Oh hello you :) Umm well I've loved every minute of it but I have been covering Coldplay for the last 4 years, I could very happily cover every single one of their songs but there is also a tonne of other bands out there that I like (albeit none as much as Coldplay), just think its time to broaden my musical output if that makes sense

Yeah I can't believe how good the guy plays this song on guitar! And yeah Twisted Mind I know what you mean, i just sang a couple of those bits trying to quieten the 't' but I can't! when I speak 'time' its not as harsh but when I sing, its like that

I just read this too... Considering it definatly isnt even the last big show of this tour, I wouldnt trust the article. Coldplay have signed a new 5 album contract recently (so i read somewhere) I suspect what chris meant was that would be the last big show the band play in AUS for 3 years..

I cant fucking wait for LP6, but at the same time, im not in a rush to hear it... want the boys to craft something equaly brilliant to their other albums, and, ive far from exhausted Mylo Xylotos play count... another album too soon after MX would over shadow it unfairly
