Does anyone know the exact way Jonny plays the chords? It obviously revolves around D and E chords but it's not just the simple chords, there's bits and bobs that are different. Can anyone help?

Does anyone know the way Chris plays the ending bridge in the acoustic version of the song? Not the root chords, the actual way he plays it. Thanks.
