I really don't understand fans who do that. I mean, why are they fans in the first place? Not everyone is going to like everything a band does, but to be constantly abusive or bitchy... I just don't understand it. I really don't. It's true. There is a lot of bitchiness and sniping on there, but there are some really nice people too, and it is the best place for Gorillaz news. The site owner is really great at keeping everyone up-to-date. Oh Shani, I had that problem too - I registered and didn't get an verification and then I discovered that you have to post in the "want to join the forum" thread. It's to make sure your human and not a spambot!

I LOVED this! The change of instruments on Doncamatic in particular, I really liked. Brilliant. I loved watching Damon play the xylophone. His expressions were funny at times :laugh3:. His voice is too beautiful to be normal! It sounds like you had a great time! I totally agree with you about it being a collective thing. It's not a Damon + band thing, it's just a group of musicans making the best music - there's no ego or any of that shit. That's what I really love about it. I agree with you as well that I don't think we need to worry about Gorillaz going anywhere. I think they are having way to much fun to give it up. I thought Demon Days was an absolutely perfect ending! That live Lounge session was FANTASTIC. I wish it had been longer though :) Yeah the visuals are so powerful. I don't think I'll ever forget hearing/seeing that live. It was so beautiful.

That's so not cool. What did the changed one look like? Was there something mean written on it? I don't get why anyone would bash either of them. I love them both. Both of them are ridiculously talented and they're both such sweethearts. They're just very different people. Yeah, I can't wait to read about the show!

It's a difficult one because of the way the song came about - it's a diversion from what they were going to do, so the video can't really progress the story too much, so there wasn't much to work with. I think they did really well though.

Too true. It's a sign of the times . It's popular and topical. It's really sad though! You can see him rolling his eyes when he knows it's coming!
