Same thing. I really want to see what project (apart form the opera) will start with. Who knows if he's going back to Blur? For all i know, Dave's the only one i can trust when talking about Blur. Never trust Damon (recent example is the small jam they were supposed to do on January, i still don't know what happened with that).

I was pretty surprised to see a Gorillaz song in the top 100 of JJJ. A little more promo for Doncamatic is always good i guess. But, the #1 makes my eyes explode. So, i got a cool bootleg from the Zenith show, but i'm unsure to post it here.

It's okay, i'm don't reach fanboy levels or stuff like that xD. I just like this interview because there weren't too many Jamie interviews this phase, so it's interesting for me to see it. Thank god you weren't present at the Murdoc chat. Holy sh*t, there was too many fanboy there, who just said stupid crap like: MURDOC I WANT TO MARRY YOU!!! or WHERE IS 2D?? or my favourite WHY ARE YOU SO MEAN NOW??? Damn them, when you have the chance to actually ask him something good, they always have to come with loads and loads of over the top fans.

Oh, don't worry about that, it's not that bad :). I'm pretty optimistic about the idea that Jamie wants to finish the Gorillaz storyline. They could do another Rise of the Ogre, with plenty of new artwork. And that wouldn't be insane since Rise of the Ogre sold really well in it's initial run and it's hard to fnd copies nowadays.

I completely love Jamie interviews. Don't get me wrong, i enjoy reading Damon's interviews about the bad, but i really want to know more of what happened to the artistic side and stuff like that. I really like this part especially:

So the Vector Arena date is the last Gorillaz concert ever, or is the las time Damon is going to play with the whole collective (Mick, Paul, Cass, Jeff, Gabriel, Mike, Jesse, etc)? I do understand he needs to take a break for touring and be with his family... oh well, i'm sure i'll get another chance in the next few years.

It seems that i missed the listening party, such a shame. Merry Late Christmas to all... I'm loving The Fall, it's reminiscence of Phase 1 material and the fact that we got more of Damon this time is superb. I have to say that i'm loving it a bit more than PB (strange, i know). I should do a review later; for now i'll say Revolving Doors is one of my favourites at the moment.
