Sorry guys, was on vacation for the past month and a half and never actually saw this. I skipped the Politik/Major Minus match and gave it to MM because I just realized there are two Politiks in the draw, so that would be unfair.

So I guess we might have to change the name of this thread. I'm pretty sure there is already "Top _ of each album" thread. Oh well, my top songs always change, so this won't be the same in a few weeks (it's even tough to do it now) Parachutes 1. Don't Panic 2. Everything's Not Lost 3. Shiver 4. Trouble 5. Spies Honorable mention: Sparks (Romantic song that is great for slow dances) A Rush Of Blood to the Head (this one is really tough) 1. Clocks 2. Politik 3. Amsterdam 4. God Put A Smile Upon Your Face 5. In My Place Honorable mentions: The Scientist (I can't leave off one of Coldplay's best songs, but it's not something I'd listen to over and over right now) X&Y 1. Fix You 2. Speed of Sound 3. Til' Kingdom Come 4. Square One 5. Talk Honorable mention: Sleeping Sun (Is better than some songs on the album) Viva la Vida or Death And All His Friends 1. Death And All His Friends 2. Cemeteries of London 3. Violet Hill 4. Glass of Water 5. Lovers in Japan/Reign of Love Honorable mention: Viva la Vida (Although it is a great song and very popular, not on my top 5. There are too many honorable mentions for this album and for AROBTTH to add them all here.) Mylo Xyloto 1. Charlie Brown 2. Hurts Like Heaven 3. Us Against the World 4. Moving to Mars 5. Major Minus Honorable mention: Up With the Birds (Shows that they always have great closers to albums. They also have great openers to albums so both are usually on my top 5.) Live 1. Charlie Brown (I have to give it the cake because of the amazing xyloband show) 2. Clocks (So much energy, so much they can do with this song because it's become so easy for them to play) 3. Yellow (Again, so much energy from them and from the crowd on this one makes it really special to play) 4. The Scientist (I love the singalong that they added this year, which was a staple of their X&Y tour as well) 5. God Put A Smile Upon Your Face (I love how they come up with new versions every tour, and this one completely rocked the crowd each and every show) Honorable Mention: Too many to choose one single song.

The title is a 9/10 for me, the lyrics are an 8.5/10, so I'm hoping the song will be something I listen to for a long time, even without the connection to the movie. If it becomes a hit they could perform this at the Oscars like Adele performed for "Skyfall" last year.
