  1. Major Minus . . . And aren't there a bunch of other threads like this one already? :P
  2. I didn't think the rioting was in the Camden area, was it? I thought it was in Tottenham (is that near Camden? I've no clue as to the geography of the UK)
  3. Not good :uhoh: Although I don't think any of them live near there.
  4. Yup. That was me
  5. But they've already modified the webpage . . . I think it'll just be a regular news announcement from A-man or R42
  6. I'm still excited at this point--just because we don't get the announcement today doesn't mean we won't get it soon :wink3: . . . Although I wish we'd gotten something today :(
  7. Well, the fact that Viva was a bit 'unusual' compared to all the other radio-play songs out there was what made it so successful  And, in my opinion, Princess of China sounds more like Viva than any other song in Coldplay's discography. It has the unique keyboard/synth background and lyrics that are a bit unusual. Also, it has those great 'ooh ooh ooh ooh ooh's' after the synth scream which, again, was part of what made Viva so successful. ;)
  8. What time is it over there in England, guys? :uhoh: 1pm isn't it? That gives the guys a few hours to upload something . . .
  9. Yeah, several of Coldplay's songs sound similar in a way. Clocks and Speed Of Sound the guitar riffs in 42, What If, and Hurts Like Heaven obviously Life In Technicolor I and II and The Escapist and I think the piano in The Scientist, Gravity, and towards the middle of Moving to Mars sound similar
  10. Although if they want to give us something else I wouldn't complain

    This.
  12. ^ Yeah, sorry about that. They actually played it twice at UCLA :\ And I don't think that ETiaW is the first single either--it was released too far ahead of everything else.
  13. ^ I'm pretty confident that Coldplay could outsell almost anybody in the first week
  14. I gotta go, too. See ya guys! :escaping2:
  15. Oh, right. Sorry  Too many dates all crammed together
  16. Yeah, like he has it now . . . his style on the inside of the X&Y cover is a bit long :P
  17. Guy looks better with his hair a bit longer
  18. DANGIT SLOW COMPUTER :whip:
