  6. the sky isn't really blue; the Earth's atmosphere, on average, absorbs all the other light wave frequencies more than it does the ones in blue...so that's why the sky looks blue.... 'cuz it feflects light in the blue part of the spectrum  but i bet u didn't wanna read that! :D :P
  7. they just slide the match on it, no? it makes the friction and lights the phospherus.
  8. I read Brave New World, and I think it's the only you can find here (of him, in english - I live in Chile and we speak Spanish-) I'd never heard of that book before though. I did like BNW a lot, even though the first like 50 pages are just, to me, like there to be there, not reason at all. I mean there is, but I would like short them up and make it a bit more agreadable. The "second part", I mean after those tedious 50 pages, its awesome! It really cought me up, and well I read it quite a while ago, so I should try it again, cause is one of those books that you read them twice and they are still very very good :D hmmm perhaps i will read this book...or at least check out its cover!

  17. I already knew what namaste meant, but actually reading up on it is quite nice...there's lots of things i take for granted in my culture that were it not for the internet, would be hard for me to explain! :/
  18. hi ya! well you thought correct then! ;) but yeah, we say namaste as a greeting, whenever we meet others or when we part. well actually, there are so many other greetings too that we can say! hahah life's very colorful! I'm right here in the U.S. , but the flag is kind of a spoof on some folks here who put up flags of any odd country! lol
