it does not really make any difference what happens if Rangers go into adminstration..... They will never be kicked out the SPL as much as Celtic hate them they are very needed. Whitney Houston has passed away, her publicist has said. The AP reports that Kristen Foster has confirmed that the singer died on Saturday (February 11). No further details have been announced.
