Paradise is on fire it's doing better than ETIAW by far on the US iTunes charts and in UK iTunes charts it's at #9, this is going to be a big hit. :)

Love it, very coldplay :) it's abit more pop like yes ( which isn't necessarily a good thing) but wow it's better than ETIAW, don't care if it isn't a hit, don't care if Mylo Xyloto isn't a smash like Viva La Vida And Death And All His Friends but i just want to enjoy it. And if some of the more experimental songs are like this on the album ill be happy. Bear in mind this just my opinion and i respect others opinion's that dislike Paradise. But overall i think it is great!

I'm actually relatively happy, this is a good track list and can't wait to hear up in flames :) I still can't stand the artwork for this era but if the album itself is good that is what matters.

Hey John, i think i believe you but it's no loss either way really but you seem like a nice guy. Was Paradise different to the synth pop rubbish that ETIAW turned out to be? :)

In the billboard interview it describe Paradise as a "bold anthem". I hope its a piano ballad type anthem rather than a pop anthem with lots of strings like Viva La Vida even though that was good.

Exactly i think it's good that they are loved as they are, and it is as you say because they did many things that were the foot hills of the pop genre. But when it comes to the music side i don't think it's you know as good as it's made out to be. Still the hooks are there so they can be quite enjoyable sometimes. :D

Of course i know it :) and it's important yes but i don't think it's as good as the hype. Im not bashing the Beatles though, they were a good band. :)

I think the guitar riff is going to be main factor if Charlie Brown is a successful single.

I think with it being such a strong song, Charlie Brown will almost definitely be a single form LP5 at some point but i'm not sure about just yet, i think they will have saved something not to play at the festivals and use that as the second or lead single.

Yeah that's true we did and we don't even know for sure if this MX Tour is legit. It seems to be right now MX will be a recurring theme through OUT LP5, what with, Mylo Xyloto, Muganetic Xlyobrobites (or whatever) and MX being everywhere. And i think "Twisted Logic" of course being a song name, was also the perfect way to describe X&Y.

Cool! That proves Up With The Bird is a separate song and a contender for LP5.

It's not. there's' separate songs. "Up With The Birds" was seen on a canvas at a Splendour In The Grass.

On Johnny's guitar it says "when they smash my heart to smithereens." so a lyrics from Charlie Brown, maybe these new guitars are just for these two songs.
