  1. Thanks for this! :D Even in other interviews, Noel G likes to talk about how much he loves Coldplay's work post Mylo Xyloto.
  2. Oh master, we submit to your great intellect and never ending wisdom, teach us the way of the force oh great and infallible master.
  3. Chris and Noel G are friends. I'm sure Chris and the band can convince Noel to make an appearance. that would be historic :D
  4. OMG the thought of having an actual choir on stage, plus the fans singing Up&up is so exciting !! I do hope the Xylo bands return though.. or maybe Coldplay has some new technology to introduce in concert :D EDIT: scrap the choir, i might be accused by some members here as cheesy, corny, shallow and mainstream haha
  5. The MX live film was super good/ excellent, I'm sure an AHFOD concert film will be even better and I think the AHFOD tour (which would form the bulk of the concert film) would be even bigger and more massive than the MX one... super excited for this if ever they did such a thing! :D
  6. Oh enlighten us, Master Yoda with your musical expertise... teach us, those who do not know the difference between good and bad pop :D :D Yes, show us picture cards, I'm a visual learner anyway.. the force is strong in you, use it to englighten us ;)
  7. omg! the Joker is here, give my regards to the riddler or even penguin ;)
  8. very well said.
  9. im turning 17 this february
  10. Well, you people seem to be experts in the art of music. I can't compete with that. I have a mind of a ten year old anyway lol. If you say its a fact then okay. I cant argue with a fact. Although I would like to point out, if you want to see a cheesy pop output, watch the music video for discotheque ;) ;) ;)
  11. i'll take that as a compliment ;) intellectual snobbery at its finest i guess ;)
  12. the point being, whatever chris martin does, people will either love everything he does, or hate him for everything he does... im sure using words like "shit" is nastier than that ;)
  13. 1. I love how you hammer your point by saying stuff like shit, absurd, etc. 2. Cool, another opinion being turned to fact. really cool.
  14. i genuinely think that if ever chris martin finds a cure for cancer, there are people on here that would still hate him and spew hate on him.
  15. i've listened to POP quite a few times, one of the best U2 albums in my opinion. the production is as mainstream as it gets, back in the late 90s.
  16. yeah, that's why they mixed it with POP and dance vibes.. it's the emerging trend in the late 90s. what can be more mainstream than that? whether or not its good or bad mainstream pop, it's a matter of opinion and points of view. Just like whether AHFOD's mainstream is good or bad pop is a matter of opinion, differing points of view.
  17. your turning your opinions into fact. ok indeed.
  18. opinions opinions. ok.
  19. ihaveabono replied to getithom's topic in Army Of One
    uhhh, ok
  20. U2 not descending into "garish mainstream pop shit"? you must not have heard POP then. I would'nt call POP or AHFOD too as mainstream pop shit. both albums are great.
  21. But to be fair to coldplay though, its not about getting drunk and doing drugs though, its about being drunk in life and high in love :) Metaphor at its core. :D
