A Sky Full of stars has elements of Midnight all over it, agree? Just listen to the song after the 2 minute mark and u can see subtle tones and notes similar with that of midnight. :) I think thats what PAUL EPWORTH brought into the song. So lets not just think this is an AVICII production. It's also produced by PAUL EPWORTH ;) ;) ;)

a song being considered "good music" really is subjective. some people dont like this song but some do and think its good, we all just have to respect that. If people want ASFOS to succeed as a single lets just respect that. we all have our own interests with regard to a particular song, lets just respect that. just my two cents.

I know i will be hated by saying this but, I just dont see any difference between what Radiohead does and what coldplay does. Radiohead's later stuff is actually the product of Thom Yorke wanting to do APHEX TWIN type of music. (For those who dont know him, he is an electronic musician and composer). It's not as if Radiohead is doing original stuff. its actually similar to more obscure, less commercial electronic music. Coldplay on the other hand likes more commercial electronic music. If they want to go this route, then we cannot do anything about it. They want to do what they want do. Just my 2 cents though, dont hate me ;)

people have been labelling their songs as forgettable ever since parachutes debuted. and yet here we are on LP6 still talking about how coldplay's songs are forgettable ;)

i dont think the fans rejected this song(see the poll results). its juz that, that majority who likes it isnt that vocal. there is just a perception that fans dont like it cuz the minority is more vocal about their dislike of this song :)

yeah and Chris Martin replied that the riff of Clocks totally fits EDM :D

ASFOS: Jonny is prominent in it Magic: Guy's bass it the backbone of the song and in the Zane Lowe interview. Magic came into existence because of Guy. so yeah, its not a chris martin band.

I agree. Just because some fans got to hear leaks of the songs when then opportunity presents itself doesnt make them bad fans or untrustworthy fans. It does not mean they wont buy the album anymore or wont buy any singles anymore or they wont go to the concert anymore.
