ahh, pre-sale tomorrow!!! I'll be ringing up ticketek tomorrow but does it matter if i purchase the ticket with a visa card that doesn't have my name on it? It's my aunties so the last name is still correct but i'm just wondering if i may need to buy the tickets under my name.... Anyways, i can't wait!!! Missing out on a part of a uni lecture and tutorial for this! Fingers crossed i'll get good tickets. The hard decision is whether i should take the risk of not getting the pre-sale tickets if they end up to be not so great and instead wait for general sale....What do you think?

^agreed Do you know what the deal is with pre-sale ticketing? it says that pre-sale ticketing is not a preferential seating service....does that mean that they just randomly pick a ticket even though i may be one of the first people to buy tickets? If i chose to purchase them when they go on sale to the public would i be able to pick seats in a certain section?

Yeah, i was looking forward to smaller concerts and going to at least 2 sydney shows but oh well, i guess a stadium tour is ok too. I don't know if they'll announce another sydney date considering the capacity of Allianz Stadium is around 40000-45000. So they'd have to be pretty sure that they'd fill up the second date to announce one. Unfortunate for Perth as well. I live in Sydney but i was planning to go to a Perth concert while also visiting family there :\ oh well, can't be that disappointed, at least i et to see them in Sydney so i'm so excited!!!! So nervous for tickets though because i've never bought tickets for a concert before.

Thanks Tash! :) This is way too amazing. One day before my birthday, should be about a week after i finish uni annnnd The Temper Trap as the opener!!!! I have a question about pre-sale though. On Ticketek it says "Please note that the Visa Entertainment pre-sale for Coldplay is an opportunity to secure tickets prior to the general public and is not a preferential seating service." Does this mean that the tickets are completely random? So even if i'm the first to buy tickets during the pre-sale that i could potentially get terrible seats?

Got tickets today to see Fun. In Julyyy. It's gonna be my first ever time seeing any band live :dance:

That DLIBYH performance! wow. Was disappointed with the first performance in Edmonton but this is so fucking amazing. Glad they made Jonny's guitar more prominent

ugh, maybe i'm the only one that feels this way but i didn't think DLIBYH was that great....maybe i'm just not in the 'Coldplay Honeymoon' stage anymore. To me there was something lacking. I'm sure the video doesn't do it justice what so ever but i think the fact that Jonny's guitar wasn't prominent was the problem for me. Also, like the person above, Chris must work on his vocals. Chris' vocals at the start of the 2011 festival tour were fucking amazing!!!! it was clear that he had practiced or at least taken some lessons but it's slowly gotten worse. I feel bad saying this when everyone for some reason is freaking out about how amazing it was but that's what i think.

So i'm watching the sunrise live interview with Jonny and Chris now and all they can say is that the'll be coming in November to tour :D They can't release any specific dates at the moment. Other than that, it's an awkward Sunrise interview like always. Would have liked some dates but it's awesome to have those dates confirmed :dance:
