I just finished my collection of all the coldplay lps today :) its funny i went backwards with buying them but it made my day so im happy : )

I downloaded all my coldplay songs to my xbox to listen to while playing, i have over 10 coldplay playlists on my itunes to listen to while i shower. while i sleep i type in coldplay in my itunes so it plays while i sleep if i dont have it i dont sleep well. i also have a coldplay poster in my room and i constantly draw pictures of them Obsessed? Me?!?!? No i just love them :)

Bands are constantly evolving they need to change to keep interest. ill use an example... The hangover was a great comedy, but the hangover 2 was the same thing as the first one and it was given terrible reviews for it. Now if coldplay stayed the same and kept doing parachutes and they did another album thats just parachutes 2 with the same style the same sound and everything sure it would be good but it wouldnt be the same as the first one the original so they keep evolving and exploring there boundarys and trying new things if this makes sense at all. Trust me you may not like the style of coldplay right now or the direction but when they are done with all this experimenting and they get older they will slow down and do the old stuff and not jump around on stage so try to enjoy the moment because it wont be around forever. Also about the whole mainstream thing i think its great what theyre doing since music today sucks i think its nice to see that they are mainstream and it shows that not all popular music is just rap and techno stuff, and i think if people like coldplay itll introduce them to other bands like arctic monkeys oasis and beady eye. And it will help save this generation.

So ill start off with my coldplay story, I heard some of there songs throughout my life and i never thought much of it but then one day i was off to my acting class my dad was driving me and i found a cd in his car. it was my brothers cd i put it in and i thought all the songs were terrible except for one. that one song was fix you and thats when i fell in love with them i listened to that song all the time and it was amazing it was a masterpiece and that led me to other coldplay songs, coldplay was the first band where i bought all of there cds and refused to illegally download there songs because they are worth my money. Then i went to my first coldplay concert i think it was november 9th 2008 or 2009. and that night when they played fix you i cried, that was the first song i ever cried too it was beautiful and now i am in love with them they are the best then recently this year i got into music and ive been playing guitar and have been trying to make my own songs lol keyword trying. then one night this year i stumbled upon this site i was up until 7 am looking at all the forums but i never thought to join but recently i just felt the urge too and then im here today! haha well thats my story long live coldplay! also im kinda bored and i want to draw, im feeling creative does anyone have any ideas for something to draw coldplay related? im not that good at drawing.
