  1. I'm glad you like it, and I haven't had much time to write as of late, and what time I do have has been spent drawing.
  2. Sorry guys, I gotta go, I have to help my grandma with stuff.
  3. It's daunting, but exciting all at the same time, no? Molly: I'm sure your grades will be fine! :nice:
  4. Don't worry about it, I kinda had to go to bed. I'm at my grandma's house :P And besides the events of yesterday evening, I'm fine. My nerves are building up a bit about college, but it I think that's normal . . . right?
  5. Yeah, seriously. I'm just amazed at the damage done more than anything. One car had no back half left. I saw everything ex-post-facto, when all the police, firemen, and medics had shown up and taken care of 90% of things. I was busy babysitting my little cousins while all the first, "OH MY GOD"-ness was going on. Though, I was actually happy to do so, I'm still not a "grown up" for another two days.
  6. Yeah, we're fine, I think a son-in-law was in the accident, but it's all kinds of crazy that I probably won't know exactly WHAT happened until tomorrow. I'm just incredibly proud of my brother and cousin. My brother ran in to see exactly what went on (he's an EMT) and my cousin is a fireman and went in right after. Both great first responders.
  7. M'kay, and I'm shaken a bit. Our family picnic was today and all 45 or so of us were startled by an accident that happened literally just uphill from the camp. Sounded like an explosion.
  8. Thanks, and I don't know if I'll continue Newbie, I really doubt I will.
  9. I get it, and Max is a good name.
  10. D'aww puppy . . . well, now you got me all mushy again.
  11. WHUT?! . . . I already have a puppy, even if she's thirteen now :P
  12. ^ Cool! I had to watch my favorite trio of kids today, and celebrated the oldest girl's birthday (she's getting so big it's not fair!)
  13. When you play Green Eyes for the little girl you babysit and make her feel even more special on her birthday by playing "her song" (she turned 7 today, she's getting so big!!)
  14. I have to babysit, so I needed to get up. Kids don't sleep in, ever, and their parents have work.
  15. GOOD MORNING PEOPLE OF THE THREAD!!! It's 7 am here, I've been up for the last half an hour, and yes, I'm still tired :escaping2:
  16. No big deal, don't worry about it :) Hi, Sara :nice: And you remember correctly, m'dear, my name is Julia.
  17. Thanks! . . . And you read it before? Anyway, don't be afraid to post whatever you've got, like I said before, all fics are welcome! :nice: Also, ColdplayPenguin, I've only read Chapter 1 of your story and I really like it! I'll read the rest when I get the chance, but from what little I've read, it's awesome! Another thing, what are your names? I'm just curious.
  18. I gotta go too, AJ. I may be back on later, but no promises. I gotta get up early to babysit tomorrow morning.
  19. Summer Fest is the major weekend in our town (even if Thursday is a weekday). It's a bunch of sidewalk sales, street vendors, and a whole set-up of small shops and concert stuff in the village park. It's a weekend of shopping and, once the doors close, performances. And thanks Fran, and you get to go to London?! Lucky. I'm sure you'll be fine, your English is already great :nice:
  20. Thanks Fran, and yes, I did. And AJ, my plans consist of working (I'm babysitting tomorrow and on Sundays) and then tomorrow starts Summer Fest.
  21. I know, it's been a while. And it's been busy, but you know, I'm off for a little while longer before college so I plan on hanging out for a little bit at least.
  22. Never mind . . . The iPad's bugging out, guys, just forget it. I appreciate the invite though.
