  1. Keep drawing! I mean, I know it's difficult with drawings to keep going when you mess up, but just try again and whatnot.
  2. Just spent 45 minutes messing about on the iPad, and what I got was this:
  3. Wow, Alex, that's awesome! I'd thought about doing medical illustration, but decided on being a nurse instead. Anyway, I wish you nothing but the best on your career path :)
  4. ^ :laugh3: Well, thank you! And s'only gon' get darker -sorrynotsorryspoilers-
  5. Hullo people of the thread :awesome:
  6. Coldplay in Wonderland Part 38:
  7. I took general Psych junior year and AP Psych senior year :P I love psych. And the 4 year old was just an example, pediatrics goes from birth until age 21. I'm sorry, Keaton, but it's midnight and I need to go to bed. Good night!
  8. Well, I'm good with kids, and I want to go into psych, and the major reason being is that I don't feel that a four year old should be traumatized and suffer from mental disorders if we can somehow "soften the blow", if you will, early on and help them in some way. It's a personal belief, and my mom has a bunch of nursey friends who do that kind of stuff right now.
  9. I'm not going into geriatrics, I'm going into pediatrics. I may end up in neuropsych though, especially with some recent events in life, I have a bunch of reasons to go into neuropsych.
  10. Any time! And good plan, I'm going to college an hour or two away from home, and plan on staying there for nursing for the next four years. Then I'll go off to become a nurse practitioner in the city (not NYC), but we'll see which hospital I end up in and offers a solid graduate program :P Thanks, and I love the Deadpool stuff and Thief of Thieves is an excellent read. My art teacher gave me the first issue and I've seen the first and second graphic novels in the store so . . . I plan on picking those up. May also get some Cap comics, but I need to see what's available.
  11. Hey, it's fine, I understand. And I, personally, wanted to stay in touch with . . . I'm just gonna make up a name here . . . James because we lived so far apart. I mean, it was always after school and stuff, but I think we just kinda had to so we could actually attempt to maintain a relationship (obviously, it didn't work out). We only managed to actually go out once, but you sound like you're in a bit of a different situation. If she's there for ROTC, she's probably got a lot on her plate, I understand your concern and stuff, but college is a pretty busy time and . . . I dunno. Distance is hard and I'm not sure how your girlfriend is as a person. I'm sure she's absolutely sweet, but I mean, some breathing space in the situation you're in is probably a good idea. Gives her a chance to still focus on stuff and, you know, actually have something to talk about when you do talk. Right, sorry 'bout that, but I'm fine, hoping to actually go spend some birthday money tomorrow at the comic shop. Gonna go get me some Thief of Thieves and some more Deadpool.
  12. ^ It's not your fault, don't worry about it! It's my own fault, I brought it up. Anyway, what's up? Anything new and exciting?
  13. Yeah, it was . . . a lot of our plans didn't work out, sadly (we live in different towns and they're kinda far apart). But new topic, huh? I'm getting a bitter taste in my mouth talking about him and it's my own fault.
  14. Good! Sleep is important. And it was, I love watching the show. It's not bad, promise, he was a huge Spiderman fan and we tried to make plans to see if we could see the filming of the new movie and be background extras and whatnot and blah blah blah. He just got into the comics and stuff when he met me, and it was something we could both talk/geek out about. And good man! And I understand that, I prefer the comics and movies, personally, but I grew up on the comics thanks to my brother.
  15. Oh, well . . . Go to bed! It's 2 in the afternoon here, and I'm watching Doctor Who.
  16. ^ why would you do that
  17. Keaton, you sound like my ex (which isn't a bad thing). Semi-off-topic, are you into any other Marvel heroes other than Spiderman?
  18. . . . Well, I'm glad you guys like it, but I honestly haven't thought about continuing it (it was just one of those ideas that literally wouldn't stop bugging me until I wrote it). I could try continuing it, but no promises.
  19. Super Smash Br- . . . Band? NOTE: I am well aware that the new Smash Bros. game isn't out until next year, and I could have very easily used stuff from Brawl, but the new one has added a very important point in this short story. Speaking of, let's move on, shall we?
  20. ^ no, Keaton, no it's not. On a completely different and random note, GRANDMA'S TAKING ME SHOE SHOPPING :awesome: (probably)
  21. ^ He's a character from a musical by StarKid (the people who made A Very Potter Muscial/Sequel/Senior Year). The show is called Starship, and he's the human form of the main protagonist, Bug, who is played by a guy named Joey Richter. EDIT - This guy:
