  1. Hi guys! So . . . guess who loves college so far?
  2. Yes, quite. Sorry Keaton, I gotta go, I have work in the morning and I have to take care of some more packing stuff before I get to bed. I'll be on whenever I get the chance, but no promises that that will be soon. Talk to you later
  3. It is, but it's also really heavy stuff, the brain is a marvelous and confusing organ.
  4. That's true, but I'm not planning to work with baby boomers though . . . however, I may go from a focus in pediatric/adolescent psych to a focus in neuro-psych (I wanna be a nurse practitioner).
  5. Well, I know that, believe me, going into nursing, homework was something I was warned about. Speaking of nursing, what are you majoring in? Or are you undecided?
  6. Yeah, at least I know my roommate is cool. I have no idea what to expect from college.
  7. Again, I have yet to move in. I'm comparing textbook prices online right now, as well as trying to work out x, y, and z before move-in.
  8. I know, Keaton, I know. Just curious, you've moved in already and stuff, right? How's your college life so far?
  9. Not necessarily. This is me attempting to draw like the author of The Little Prince, my usual style (which changes a lot) is probably me making up a new-ish style. Nothing is necessarily "new" anymore. I know that sounds depressing, but it's me paraphrasing many an artist.
  10. Thank you, and like I said, I adore this one! I am honestly super happy with this one and, after doing the poster with proper ink and watercolor, my India ink pens and some crayons are a way more entertaining and enjoyable way to draw the prince.
  11. That's a good way of putting it. Most of it is experimentation with styles, I'm happy with most of those too. For example, this: (you have no idea how happy I am with this)
  12. Yeah, but it's just been a little unsettling, even for me. I do have a little system for sketching, at least 1-3 good sketches a day or two (it's weird, but it's habit) and it's been more than that. I mean, they don't suck, it's just that I've been sketching more and more, half my sketchbook is half full after two weeks.
  13. I have yet to move in . . . I don't move in until the 30th. However, my roommate seems cool, so there's that. Drawing just helps me get some stress off my shoulders, always has, and I feel like I've abused my sketchbook recently.
  14. (okay, the "thanks" there from Ian has made my night, you have no idea . . .) Yeah, I'm a little hung up on The Little Prince right now. I miss the production from Drama Club and have re-read the book recently and LOVE the style. It's just so simple and fun to draw!
  15. Stressing about college, and still hung up on drawing stuff in The Little Prince style. I love that book so much and wish I could go back and re-live working on the production of it in Drama Club. You?
  16. I probably won't be, I'm busy doing a lot of last minute "OH MY GOD COLLEGE" textbook shopping and whatnot.
  17. KEATON!!! . . . ohyeahandhi
  18. It's fine, it just made me laugh a little bit
  19. I was sketching and discovered some old paints I bought at the beginning of the summer so . . . here's all that:
  20. It's not weird, it's just a memorable story, I guess. And the whole, "Chris being dense" thing is just a common . . . stereotype in CP fanfics (if you can call it that). From what I gather, it's usually Chris being dense, Guy being super sexual, Will being indifferent or annoyed, and Jonny as blissfully unaware or living up to his title as "the wise one". As for Super Smash Band, I'm not sure, maybe. There's a list? . . . Well, I'm glad someone's making one! (no seriously, I am).
  21. High school orientation? I guess that just doesn't exist when you are taught in a K-12 building :P And I'm busy, college is in 10 days and I'm scared.
  22. I have catch up on Twisted Logic, I've been out of commission here for a while. And, this is going to make me sound super ego-centric, but I don't think I dropped any hints in Super Smash Band.
  23. Thanks, and I agree. There's also the other end of the spectrum, but I cannot describe it other than being so overly sexual it's funny. For exapmle, Measuring Cups (this).
  24. Nursing. It's more the setting up and getting ready that's freaking me out. I mean, I know I'll be fine, it's just buzzing non-stop in my ears. Hi Penguin! I have done that *coughcough*Blondie*coughcough* but hints are as far as it goes. I mean, fics don't necessarily need pairings, and there are lots of them out there, I'm sure, but the hints are often there.
