Those photos are just lovely.. how great that fans got to meet them. They don't have to do it, I am assuming, so it's so nice that they take the time from their what must be very hectic schedule to do that. LOL.. I think it's nice he doesn't care.. Wow lucky girl.. It looks like you had an awesome time. What footage I have seen of the concert makes it seem like a very special one. I'm seeing them in December at the 02 and can't wait.. won't be that close though. But still hugely looking forward to it.

Coldplaymom.. Roadie 42's new blog is up, talking about 'your' gig. The end bit is so funny.. Its one of his nicest sounding telecasters, which Dan Green loves recording. The song has seen the guitar launched high into the air rather a lot on this tour - each time landing rather dramatically on the stage. It’s only a matter of time Dan says, before something unthinkable happens to one of Chris’s best guitars. Tonight it refuses to co-operate after the first chords of the song. As a result, Chris heaves it over his head and it gets perhaps its last flight skyward for this tour. Chris then starts the next verse guitar-less and grins goofily and mimes playing guitar in a slightly “when I’m cleaning windows” fashion. Clearly the exhaustion and delirium is universal. My other standout memory of the show was the fact that someone down the front (presumably a Brit) had a huge sign with a Union Jack flag on one side and a photo of Queen Elizabeth on the other. At regular intervals, I look out over the crowd and see what appears to be the Queen of England pogo-ing along to the new tracks. It’s definitely time for a few days off… Sounds like an awesome concert. Wish I could have been there...

Wow... you should. Wonderfully close and clear, you were so lucky! Have you come down yet? LOL I can't wait until December. Although I won't be close like you were. Still pretty excited. Looks like my husband won't be able to come with me now, so I will have to take my son. He is 13.. Still for a first gig, he won't do much better will he?! Did your kids enjoy it?
