  1. Yes, from the MM section here. I didn't know it was on youtube as well? Unfortunately the KROQ 2008 is no longer available due to Megaupload, but if some one wants it, I'd be happy to re-upload using Mediafire. It used to be here http://www.coldplaying.com/forum/showthread.php?t=66787 NB. The 2007 residency with Simon Pegg is also hilarious.
  2. Only b/c I have most of the interviews on my laptop, Kindle Fire, and even on the SD card on my phone  Funny Chris never gets boring. I listen to it while working, cleaning, cooking, or driving. It never gets old. I'm not kidding when I say I can recite some of these word for word.
  3. This! I recently found his interview with Jay-Z on youtube and it was amazing.
  4. Ah! That's the interview at KROQ with Kevin and Bean when they were promoting Viva La Vida in June 2008. It's not on youtube but it can be found in the Multimedia thread. Yes, that's a real fun one as well. About the Howard Stern show, I think Chris knew what to expect so he came very well prepared. But also, love him or hate him, Howard is really good at what he does. He showed real interest in Chris' job. It wasn't all about personal stuff. Here's another good one if you haven't watched it yet. And of course now I have to watch all 3 parts as well. [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P1J5_uW-NM4]Chris Martin funny Interview 1/3 on-Air R.Seacrest 7-17-08 - YouTube[/ame]
  5. Neev is unique and cute. :)
  6. Kitty, somehow I didn't know you're Cathy. Have you ever disclosed this before? And no, I don't mind at all. Vero or simply V works as well.:)
  7. OMG! I would have guessed at least 16. I have 2 sons, 13&16, so I understand you way better now. :laugh3: Coldplay is an awesome band as you probably already know. So post your joy and enthusiasm all you want, and don't let anything discourage you from doing so.
  8. Let it go please!:) If I may ask, how old are you and your cousin, and what gender? I've already disclosed my age and I'm an elderly woman
  9. Now that it's on, I can't let it go. I have to watch the whole thing for the 100th time. I think I know every single word of this interview by now.
  10. Only if we can discuss Gwynnie's turkey burgers. I'm hooked. I make those at least 1x a week now. Have a good flight, and I expect lots of pictures.
  11. You kids are killing me. To niamh (sorry I don't know your name), recognize when somebody is handing you an olive branch and grab it. To Ellen, follow your own advice and let it go, please!
  12. Have you and your cousin already watched this? It's the best interview Chris has ever given. [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nlYWIQWO748][2011.11.09] Howard - Chris Martin of Coldplay (1 of 7) - YouTube[/ame]
  13. Chris makes me chuckle all the time. His wit is a big part of the Coldplay appeal.
  14. Actually, in France and Belgium, they are called frittes. Here in the US, they've since changed to freedom fries since those ungrateful French refused to join US in the Iraq War. :D
  15. They probably are. 1x in a while, I receive a private notification about a double thread I've started or a double post, though Ian ( the site owner) has said he really doesn't mind double posting. I really prefer private notifications to public scorning from other posters. It's a bit humiliating.:(
  16. :laugh3: I'm going to be 50 in October, so it's an outraged and protective mom typing right now. :) I've seen silly threads go on for pages until they finally die a natural death. This is such an harmless one.
  17. You're ok kid! :)
  18. We meet at these Coldplay concerts and we act like old friends b/c of the passion we share for the band. It would be great to do the same on the message board. This thread didn't need to get this negative. If you disagree with it, you either stay out or report it. That would be the decent thing to do.
  19. Point taken! But what are the mods for since all of us can do their job?
  20. You don't have to. Nobody's asking you to do that. :)
  21. I don't think that was the expectation. Those who wanted to answer did. The site owner and many good mods are around and they all do a good job.
  22. Such intolerance on a place where we all come to talk about the band we love! If there's something wrong with this thread, I'm sure 1 of the many moderators will deal with it in a discrete way. Why make a young person who has discovered Coldplay and thought she was coming to a friendly place feel so unwelcome? What does it accomplish?
  23. I've been watching and going to tennis matches since 1990 and don't remember children crying during matches. Olympic tennis must be a bit different, I guess.
  24. Believe it or not, coming into the Olympics Gold match, Andy and Roger were tied at 8 wins each, head to head. It's just that Andy never produced his best game during grand slams finals. Wimbledon 2012 final was the 1st time I actually saw Andy compete well, all be it in a losing effort. Roger is obviously doing well at age 30. He's won his 17th Grand Slam and regained the number 1 ranking. That said, I do believe he just didn't recover from the marathon semi-final match against Del Potro, and his age was definitely a factor.
  25. Now that I did not know.
