Oh TY! Now we know where Chris will be on Thursday. Hopefully the event doesn't get postponed again.

Gwyneth...
What's not to know? It's in the news for everyone to read. Anne Wintour organized an Obama bday dinner fundraiser on Aug 4th and Gwynnie and Chris were among the couples that spend $71K to attend. It's googlable. On the other hand, I know for a fact Coldplay had concerts at UCLA on the 3rd and in Chicago on Aug 5th.

Gwyneth...
I really love this couple. Gwyneth sounds like a good wife and mom. I wonder if they're going back to London on their summer break or staying in the US. Gwyneth has said in the past that the spend their summers in NY. I wish we could see more of them together. I also read that they attended an Obama fundraising dinner at Harvey Weinstein's house in NY on August 4th, this is between 2 concerts, UCLA on the 3rd and Lollapalooza on the 5th? Chris sure gets around. LOL

24 September 2011 Coldplay @ Piedmont Park, ATL, GA
Is anyone else going? I haven't been to a concert for over 15 yrs. I'm taking my boys 13 & 15. I can use some tips as far as how early to show up. Is parking difficult near the venue? We haven't taken public transportation in years. Shall we spend the night downtown since the concert would be ending after 11p? Any advice will be very much appreciated.

The best live performance of...
Politik at the grammys 2003 hands down. My only regret is that the camera is focused on Chris and the the conductor the whole time. We don't get to see the audience's reaction.

Hello all! My name is Veronique. I'm actually an old woman, 48. I was aware of Coldplay when they came out in the late 90s, but my husband and I were busy starting our own business at the time and I had very little time for anything else outside of work and family. This summer I finally decided to take it easy as our older son is going to be a high school junior this coming school year and will be out of the house in 2 years. I want us to spend as much time as possible. So a month or 2 ago, we were watching The Voice when this contestant (being mentored by Adam Levine (Maroon 5) performed Fix You. I so loved the song that I decided to search for the original on youtube. Since then, I've been hooked. Coldplay is all I listen to every single day. A week or so ago, I purchased the tickets for my sons and me to see them at Midtown Music Festival on Sept 24. I can hardly wait. I thought Don Henley and Elton John were it for me, but Chris has the sweetest voice. I go to bed with headset on and Coldplay music playing in my ears. Keep up the good work, guys, and see you in ATL come September, rain or shine.
