Songs which sound better live
Paradise sounds so much better live than on record (when Chris' vocals are good anyway) and I agree about HLH too. Actually the only songs on MX that don't sound better live are Up in Flames and Princess of China (IMO) Violet Hill sounds rubbish live though. Just saying.

Type the lyrics of song you are listening to right now
And I might as well just grin and bear it Cause it's not worth the trouble of an argument And in any case I'd rather wear it You're like a bad head in the morning... Love this song so much :D

The next single - which song will it be?
Am I the only person thinking that Up in Flames could be a single? It's been a while since they released a slow ballad-like song as a single, and it would be great if the song was more well-known so there could be more of a sing-along in the chorus. I'm not a big fan of the song, but it would be a good contrast with the more lively, colourful singles they've released.

The Muse Thread - Hate This & I'll Hate You
Isn't it typical that the only gig I can actually go to is the one with the highest demand? (O2 Arena 2nd night) I still don't know whether I was successful in the presale as it was my dad that bought them  I'm not hopeful though :( And there's no hope whatsoever of getting them in general sales :(

LP6
You have a point there. Let's compare how many piano songs there are on each album: Para: 3 (Trouble, ENL, LIFL) AROB: 5 (Politik, The Scientist, Clocks, Daylight, Amsterdam) X&Y: 6 (What If, Fix You, X&Y, SOS, THP, SITS) VLV: 4 (42, LIJ, ROL, DAAHF) MX: 3 (MX, Paradise, UIF) That's including all songs in which Chris predominantly plays the piano/organ for the majority of live performances. (If I have missed any please let me know) As you can see the number of piano songs peaked around AROBTTH/X&Y and then decreased. Hopefully they won't continue that trend with LP6! If Phil says they are 'going back to their roots' then hopefully that means more piano songs and less... whatever POC is... songs.

Where are the B-Sides?
Bands just don't seem to release B-Sides nowadays... it's sad but true. Apart from the occasional treat like Moving to Mars, the only tracks that gets released alongside singles these days are crap remixes and radio edits :(

Mad at setlist
If the theory that they were recording all of the European/UK stadium shows for the live film is correct, then I think it's possible they will change up the setlist for the next leg of the tour. If I am right in thinking that they have all the recorded material they need for the live film, there won't be any need to keep playing the same setlist each night (that was the reason for the repetitive setlists right?). So hopefully more variation in the upcoming concerts.
