The concert was pretty incredible. Crowd was mixed, young and old. Spotted a grandmother in the VIP section only to realize it was Blythe danner, gwyneth and the kids. Chris was waving several times to that section and once we saw grandma we laughed. Blythe looked good singing and dancing. Kids came out for the satellite stage for Us Against the World, couldn't see too much as it was just above us. The DJ was amazing. I don't usually dance but I didn't stop, the energy was super positive and everyone had a great time. Scared to see the super close up video my husband took of me dancing without me realizing. Lol Excited to hear about everyone else's reviews. Didn't see Christina or Taylor but we were on the right side of the stage.

Landing tomorrow morning in NYC. Super excited!

Stubhub has almost 6,000 tickets available online right now...the other day it was almost 4,000. If you just want to 'be' there, I think there are some 'reasonable' options. But keep checking. Honestly, I was SHOCKED when I got mine through Internet pre-sale.

I'm sure there will be more tickets available closer to the date...does it say sold out yet?

HOLY SHIT. Checked for two tickets again. Got section 9, row 5....INSANE. I sat here thinking and thinking, do I take them? Do I let them go? What to do...Ended up getting them. Booked the flights on points. Have a ridiculous hotel reservation - need to find a way to save some money on that. But at least we have tickets and flight!! Cannot believe we are doing this. Hope the show is incredible. Gonna be one of those stories we tell the grandkids, I think. All I can say is keep trying - it was COMPLETELY random. And although they are about $100 more than I wanted to spend, at least I have them and they're not obstructed or behind the stage. GOOD LUCK to all of you guys!!!

That's what I was thinking too - Kanye and Bey for sure have to be there, right? And Kim and Gwyneth too...they wouldn't NOT be there with their partners for NYE, right? I keep telling my husband this is like the time my parents drove 8 hours to see Michael Jackson. I HAVE to get tickets. I really do hope we all find tickets on Saturday morning. I don't think it makes sense to search for best seats anywhere since I won't be paying $500 each ticket...anyone have any good strategies?

I officially give up now. I'm sad. Anyone get two seats for a reasonable price?

I keep checking, I do get single tickets occasionally, but nothing for 2 tickets. My limit is $169 per ticket, will take anything around that price point, just want to be there. If you read Live Nation's FB page, people are not impressed with this match up, obviously not fans of Coldplay or Jay-Z....maybe the demand isn't there yet. Hopefully Sat AM will be a good day for all of us!

They started late, not one ticket available! I am trying to find 2....so sad!! Anyone have any luck? Those security codes are INSANE! Only single tickets available, nothing for 2...!

That's fantastic!! Did you snag just one or did you get a pair? I just don't have a Citicard...I'm in Toronto. I could ask my cousin if he's got one...I would just feel so much better knowing I have tickets before they go on sale to the public.

How many of the lower priced seats do you think will be available on Saturday? Worried there won't be any...anyone have any ideas?

That's nuts! I am reserving a hotel and hoping I can snag a cheapy ticket...if not, not sure this is going to happen for us. Would be such an amazing show. I would expect Kanye and Bey to pop in for a song or two as well...would be terrific.

Thinking just being there would be a great experience...never seen Coldplay outside of Toronto and it being NYE, would be fun. Good luck finding a hotel! The rates are insane! Wonder if I could shack up with my cousin for a couple of nights...I think I will try to get tickets on Saturday morning.

I totally thought the one outside ACC was part of Coldplay's promotion, but they are all around the city. Sat in Yorkville and was serenaded by two very talented girls playing beautiful music. I was hoping Chris would pop by and play a song or two, but glad the boys were at Sick Kids'. They are so incredible. Can't wait to see them again. I am thinking maybe after 8 shows in Toronto, I need to see them somewhere else to see how the crowds are different.

I'm wearing mine. Cut it up so it fit better. And I don't care if its not cool! Lol do it! Do it!

Yup, it was July 30th twice I think. It is fairly intimate so I think it will be great from anywhere. Sooo excited! Heading downtown now for some quiet time before the show! People pleasepost if you know where they are today!!

Believe me, I know. I have only been recently for business meetings. I don't go south of Steeles - EVER. Might pass through just for fun, taking the day to enjoy this beautiful city. Such a shame I live here and never get to really experience it...Coldplay is the best excuse there is to go downtown.

Wondering if maybe they will pop up at a radio station or much for an interview or two...or hang in Yorkville. I am looking to carve out a few hours tomorrow for some Chris-hunting...;)

Ah, thanks for clearing it up. I've been so busy with work, no time to spend on the board like I used to! The bands I got today were sponsored by Twitter now so I don't feel so bad that they boys aren't making their share of $$$ ;)

What do you mean via management?! Coldplay management? How did that happen!? BTW, got my tickets in line very quickly, wrist band were in a bin, could have grabbed a bunch of them but that wouldn't have been right...pics look amazing. CANNOT wait for tomorrow night! Any idea about what the band is doing tomorrow? Was Jay-Z really there tonight? Maybe Gwyneth will pop up tomorrow with Bey?

So can anyone sum it up - was there an actual film being recorded?! I am so excited for tomorrow night, I'm giddy!

Regular Coldplay tickets through will call are available from 9:30am they told me. Coldplay VIP tickets are only available for pick up at 5pm at a special desk.
