Yes, I had serious issues with them from the minute I purchased the tickets. :( I harassed them day and night, I have PAGES and PAGES of people's names. They better not give me a problem picking up the tickets tonight. I am worried about a big line forming for pick-up...not sure if I should line up extra early or not... What more do you get with the Party Package? Do you get a meal included and special parking, right? Wish we knew if we would get a sound check - that way I would go in right away. Talked to my hubby and I figured we should go grab dinner and a drink before we go in, but nearly 4 hours in our seats might be a pain...but nothing like standing in the rain in September at the Lot at Much Music....lol

Did you not get the VIP Ticket information from Livenation? I have two sets of tickets and only got information for the second night show. I emailed them and they finally sent me the same confirmation and info for tonight's show on Friday afternoon. Not sure why they didn't send info sooner! Sorry for posting the misinformation from the dingdong at ACC (who I called and confirmed with THREE times and left a message for Fan Services who STILL hasn't called me back); but I called again this morning and a different person said no way - VIP Ticket pick up is a satellite desk only open at 5pm. Sorry!! I am about an hour from the city so glad I didn't go down. I am heading down at around 3:00pm or so. I hope there isn't some insane line up that takes forever!

I've got to listen to her music - I haven't had the time! So busy at work, but will make the time today.

RE: VIP Ticket pickup: Be careful - the girl at ACC who I spoke to was not right. Don't go down too early or they won't release them to you. Pick up is only at 5:00pm and early entry is at 5:45pm. They are discouraging the resale of any VIP tickets.

Got my official email from Livenation: The Details: This package is NON-TRANSFERABLE. VIP Meeting time: Check-in begins at 5:00PM. Early entry begins at 5:45PM. Meeting Place: Coldplay VIP WILL CALL table located at the Gate 1 box office entrance in the Galleria, leading from Union Station, with entry points from Bay Street and Bremner Blvd. Please see attached map for directions and look for the VIP WILL CALL signs. Please meet at the VIP WILL CALL table to pick up your tickets at 5:00PM. Please arrive on time to take part in the early entry. Please note there is no re-entry after you have entered the building. If you plan to arrive after this time, you may still pick up your tickets. The VIP Will Call table will be open until 7:30PM, after that time you may pick up your tickets at the venue box office. Please bring your order confirmation receipt and a photo ID matching the name on your purchase. Early entry is at 5:45PM and is not mandatory. Anybody know when will call opens for the VIP tickets? Apparently we won't find out until next week. I have two sets of VIP tickets and its a real pain for me to pick them up (i live north of the city) and then sell the first set (going to the second show). Gotta figure out a way to get them and then sell them. If anyone is really interested, and they will legitimately be there to get them and then go to the concert, PM me and we can try to hook something up. It's for the July 23rd show.

Getting VERY excited! Can't believe its so soon!

I don't know if its just because I'm a bigger fan than ever and on this message board more frequently, but their videos for this album are cheesy. I get scared when I'm about to watch, I do get a bit embarrassed for them...in live performances as well (not concerts). PoC video is better than CB; anything is better than CB like others have said. I am not liking Matt Whitecross anymore. I don't like the cuts and the final product is seems rushed and unfinished. I have really loved all their videos; they always seemed more comfortable. In the more recent videos, Chris has this strange look of being uncomfortable and unnatural and its freaks me out. I don't know why they include those shots. In PoC, he is SUPER hot despite a few of those odd shots. I have to say PoC is an improvement and kinda cool to watch visually. Nothing will ever be as good at The Scientist. One of the greatest videos ever made. I do hope they go back to being more uniquely creative rather than being so corny. Still love you guys and can't wait for July's concert!

Excited to see how the story unfolds. And I do like the hype that Rihanna is bringing to the group and the song. She didn't do a whole album with them, its one song. I can take her silly gangsta comments for now...;)

Looking forward to the video and what the storyline will be. I really do love the song. Shame CB didn't do better...maybe it will make a comeback...the video was disappointing. Amazing how tying visuals to a song can make or break it. They need to start performing it live...tired of Paradise and ETIAW...enough already.

Maybe I missed it, but did they lipsync? The twitter feeds are saying they were...I didn't think so at all, but I did miss the first performance. The second one seemed to take wider shots and avoid Chris singing. I don't think they would lipsync!!

I hear you - I definitely want to just say hi too! I read they usually don't stay overnight and just fly 'home' to NYC. Wonder if they will even stay at all with such a short flight to NYC...

If you listen to past interviews, he's always talked about the fact that Gwyneth was with Brad Pitt and its intimidating, etc. Brad was there with Angelina that night so I wonder if he wanted to 'step it up' with a dapper suit and shoes. The 'subtle' Tom Ford marketing campaign worked wonders with both of them in his Fall 2012 frocks. Honestly, Chris was soo handsome. He and Gwyneth looked so genuinely happy that night. Love it!

Yup, its new and they rolled it out 'after' we all bought tickets! :laugh3: Its showing up for Toronto as well, not sure if its for all arenas/stadiums or not.

My order arrived, but I probably won't get to see it in person for another month or more! Just think, if yours is printed wrong it will be an even bigger collectible later on. Gotta get that signed too! Okay, yes, I'll admit it. I have been watching waaaay too much Storage Wars lately.

BTW, I just checked my first ticket order and despite Ticketmaster flat out saying NO to adding my name to the VIP Tour package my mom bought for me, they DID change it! I see it online! My mom's name has been removed and they replaced it with my name...problem is the address not matching, but this is progress! Maybe my tweet to @Coldplay about this made a difference for all those people who had the same problem I did... can't see the boys thinking its okay to pretty much screw people, real fans! Maybe it was all my complaining to Ticketmaster and AMEX. Either way, glad its resolved!
