  1. Mmm, I wanna see it...hopefully it'll hit their Rock Countdown...
  2. That's the way, that's the way things go-oh, oi, oi, oi...
  3. CRAB MEAT!!! is officially the yummiest thing in the world, next to shrimp. And I like noodles. Mmmm, hungry me.
  4. I agree, a noble song. And The Mars Volta is a great band.
  5. Isn't alliteration great? Well, I've been very reflective, thoughtful and melancholy lately. I'm alright, I'm alright, it only hurts when I breathe...
  6. :stunned: Whoa. It's what's for dinner...
  7. Yeah, my dad had a friend like that, and he finally realized it and went through a state of depression and got divorced, but still sees his kids a lot and talks to his wife. Poor guy.

I've been extremely sex-hungry lately, must be the hormones kicking in. I don't plan on doing it until I get married, really, although I don't think it's a big deal.
  9. I think I've only met about two or three openly gay people in my life, and two are in my grade at school. The one dude's cool, but the other's just annoying, thinks everybody is either gay or lesbian, has a messed up fantasy world. Don't take it the wrong way...I have nothing against them, I'm just really not comfortable around a lot of gay people.
  10. Yeah, what was it before?
  11. Haha. With all of the rape cases and "don't ask, don't tell" junk, our military is just exploding.
  12. I agree, I've never understood it. I had a gay kid hit on me this year, and in gym class too. *shudder* :/
  13. Where do you find this stuff out? Hilarious...Yeah, at our elementary schools, we had lunch aides that would also supervise recess. And there was only one guy, and everybody looked up to him (although he yelled at me once for wandering off of the grounds with my friends, but that's beside the point), but now that I think about it, he was as gay as it gets. And my one friend, who went to a different elementary school, had a fifth grade teacher that would sing "one banana, two banana, three banana, four...I saw a big banana walkin' through the door"...and would dance on his desk. No wonder my friends are so messed up. What was I saying? Oh yeah, the Spartans. I always thought it was weird how the two genders would spend so much time separately.
  14. Hey, a question for everyone. Gays: Do you think they're born with it, or is it a choice? My sister and I agree that it's a choice, although I've heard otherwise (this, unlike drug addictions, is arguable). :D
  15. The Spartan soliders were gay? I knew it! I KNEW IT! Mwahahaha. Now that's just funny, considering how much of our society is based on ancient Greek culture. I love finding things out that your elementary school history teachers never told you. I probably didn't even know what gay was back then.
  16. There's a reason that gay marriage, abortion, and other issues like this are so hard: It's whether government should set basic moral values for the people of America, or if we're going to be truly "free", and let people do whatever they please (within reason). Personally, I guess I'm against it. Gays marrying...weird...where? Las Vegas? :idea2: But what I'm also against is discriminating against gays/lesbians in any way. I guess that makes me a hypocrite. How Bush got into Harvard is beyond me. Of course, if I was president, people would be wondering that about my preschool.
  17. I really don't freak over health issues, I just don't pig out on junk food. I really like eating healthy stuff, I mean I'm all for organic stuff, as long as it's still tasty. Part of it is also that I sort of want to outlive most of my relatives. I can take despair myself, but I can't bear to see others that way. And being out of shape hinders your life in certain ways... :wink3:
  18. Mwahahaha. I've been back on snack food lately, after a monthlong "Save my arteries" campaign.
  19. MMmmm, went to McDonald's yesterday. Got the usual: A Big Mac value meal, and shared an M & M McFlurry with my sis I should go there more often...
  20. Mwahahaha, I just ordered Absolution and 12 Memories. About time. Ah, and I've heard So Says I. Brilliant song. :) Hmm, I think I will try the Blur best of album. My sis has got some Oasis stuff, I'll probably listen to that a bit to get a feel for them first... :idea2:
  21. Ohhhh... *cues big music number*

Atheists are so depressing! There's a deep underlying joy in believing in some higher power out there. And although you could call it the "sugar pill effect", it's really not. Church has always been a big part of my life, but lately, something has just been clicking in me. Today, I'm in an incredible mood, but I had a horrible day; all of my friends have been changing for the worse. Now that is religion. I'm getting comfort from God, and I didn't even ask for it. Some feelings just can't be described.

Ah! How many Lutherans does it take to screw in a light bulb? None! Lutherans don't like change. Unless you go to a church like mine, you don't realize how funny that is... And yes, I'm intrigued by all kinds of mythology, looking into Viking gods now...Thor and Hel! I wish there more religious people on here. It's so discouraging...I feel like I do at school... *sits reflecting to music for the next two hours*
  24. And calcium! They inject everything with that stuff these days!

But going to church isn't about restrictions! It's about living life to the fullest, in the most wonderful sense of the phrase! Follow your own sayings: Life is for Living! And it is! Having a great church life gives you positive freedom, and you turn to God for help. God is never too busy for anyone. GOD, it feels so good to be saying all of this.
