Ironically, it's 59 degrees (around 15 celcius) F in Northern Delaware, which is even more unusual for December. I appreciate this weather while it lasts! :D

Well, I'm basically writing a "prologue" to the Martian Chronicles, so it isn't too hard to do. :P ...and I threw in a 30 seconds to Mars reference for good measure.

Yeah, she's first generation. The strange thing is, she did teach Russian to my 30 year old half-brother on her side (he can't speak it, but he can read it and understand it), and she regularly talks to people here who are first-generation as well in Russian, namely my piano teacher. Then again, my half-brother's father is also from Russia, while my dad is decidedly American. :lol: Apparently she tried to teach me when I was little, but I guess she gave up. :shrug:
