I'm always so happy when people get to meet Chris, or whomever they want to meet, but I have to admit I was ABSOLUTELY GUTTED that he came by AFTER I left last night! We hung around for as long as we could before the last train left the station at midnight, and if I didn't have others with me that I was responsible for, I would have stayed and called myself a cab, no matter the cost. So glad anyone that met him got the chance; I hope my chance comes around again!

These aren't pretty like the ones above, but here's a couple for the moment that I took in Charlotte last night. I don't know if you can tell, but they definitely exchanged a cute look between them as he passed. At the end of the concert when the lights came up and they began to take their walk of fame around the stage, Chris literally hugged Jonny from behind. I was videoing from my phone and the guy next to me knocked into me, and I missed that moment. If bad thoughts could hurt someone, that poor guy would be in so much trouble right now. :\

Good evening! Folks, I have power! Yes, we have been deemed by the Power Gods tobe worthy enough again to have our power back. I'm keeping it like a refrigerator in here after not having a.c. for several days in 100 degree heat. I want it cold enough in here to grow icicles and hang meat! I have some pics that I will post hopefully tomorrow, but I wanted to share one that I found amusing. Yes, it's blurry and there's a big hand in the way, but it still gave me pleasure. I can't explain it. :laugh3::D

It's late (or very early!) here and I'm knackered, as our English friends would say, but I know I'll be going home to a no-power house and I wanted to take the opportunity to post a little something here now. It's short, but suffice to say.... CHRIS MARTIN IS A GOD. The concert was AWESOME, everything I expected and more. So full of life and color. Chris stopped UATW and restarted his and Will's part. They seemed to be in a good mood. It was over way too soon. We waited around for about an hour and a half. They told us right when we got there that they'd left directly after the show, but people hung around anyway. It wasn't until Matt came out (beer in hand) and sat against a wall on the other side of the drive from us that I believed it. We chatted for a few minutes and we got a picture together, and he said they had indeed left. He looked me in the eye and said it was true that he wouldn't lie to me, so I believed it then and went back to the hotel, empty handed with my Chris moment. BUT it was stellar. ALL of the guys looked FANTASTIC and were awesome, but basically CHRIS MARTIN IS A GOD. :laugh3::laugh3::laugh3: D.C. in 5 days!!!!!!!!!!!!

AMAZING, SPECTACULAR show tonight!! It was everything I thought it would be and more! We must have been outside together because we also waited an hour and a half for the boys and joked with security the whole time that they didn't know what they were talking about. haha FINALLY, though, Matt came out, and we chatted with him and had a picture taken, and he said, "The band has indeed left" and then stopped and literally looked me in the eye and said, "It's true, I wouldn't lie to you." That's when I had to believe they were gone and sulked back to the hotel. I was disappointed. BUT it was the best show I've ever seen. I will post more later. Tired!
