Has anyone considered the fact that maybe they weren't able to film or edit the songs that are not on the dvd, to a high enough quality to actually go on the dvd? and thats why they're not on the dvd? does this even make sense?

I think a lithograph is made by printing ink from a special kind of stone on to high quality paper to make an incredible detailed image. And a poster is, well, just printed with a printer

Do you get the same chance of getting it (lithograph) no matter where you pre-order it? Because i didnt go to Amazon, i went to the coldplay Emi thingy
