Here is an Easter story. I went to mass today and heard a familiar voice doing the first reading. I was unable to stand because of my foot, got to see the man in his remote wheelchair doing the reading. He has ALS, I believe. Last I heard from his wife after not seeing him at mass a couple months back, he was bedridden with a kidney infection. What does this have to do with Coldplay? This is a very good man whom I'd only seen in church, but knew he was a pillar of the church. I got to know him when - I'd wound up sitting next to he and his wife at last summer's Coldplay concert when I couldn't stand due to my back and sat on the disability platform. I honestly dreaded that he had passed after what I last heard, and had tears of joy in my eyes when I saw him looking well today! That had even more significance given the message of Easter! I can totally relate! I am so sorry this happened to you too. I lost mine last summer in the infamous Chicago downpour when my iPhone drowned. @I ran away and I have the same exact type of hair! Mine gets just past my shoulders and it has to have some good, long layers built in to the sides. But layers in the back just look like its hacked up with a machete! It is always a battle of a fine balance of layers and length. Very boring, becuase it only looks good one way.
