  1. Right it is!!! Heartbeats are what I meant. 42 just led to it as a b side during X&Y. Heartbeats in AOAL and somewhere else I forget on AHFOD. I Ran Away, do you want to re-claim the turn you missed before this one?

Batman, how pathetic that these things happen. I would be terrified!

Jedi, I hope Coldplay sees your quote. Think they'd be filled with gratitude knowing that the song is doing what they no doubt intended!!
  4. I Ran Away! YES!!!! You have officially taken the reigns. Nie, interesting logic but 42 is what IRA just guessed!! Drumbeats are great guess but I'm not looking for the beat of an instrument. What else "beats" in the lyrics of AHFOD song (at least one of them, I think two). The song I'm after references this same type of beat and was a B side during X and Y era. Final clue: Clooney's stopped during a movie that took place somewhere without this thing that's the song title. Now I've said too much. I'm tired.
  5. Any guesses? Need my final clue yet?
  6. If this is too obtuse, let me know. I've got one final giveaway clue.
  7. Last clue then I'll bow to I Ran Away to give us a better riddle while the Internet works: see the Wiki.
  8. We missed you, I Ran Away! You are on the right track!! The part about the beat coming back...it is on AHFOD, as in the album. The question: What type of beat? That will lead to the song on AHFOD, which in turn leads to a song from the era "when 42 went away". Figure out 42 of WHAT went away and you'll find a song with this same type of beat as the one on AHFOD.
  9. Mm. Good guess. My clue about 42 went away is not referring to the song 42. MX era would make sense in that context. Think of different meaning for "went away". Next clue: The band are very particular about what they put on each album.
  10. Here's your clue: 42 went away in this era. This one has a beat that just came back!
  11. I lucked into it. Saw that it was 10 on VLV and that would be it if 11 was gone. Also not lost since that was 3. Back with a clue in a few.
  12. Everything's not Lost!

Yeah, that sounds like a man's approach. Good point Sir Jedi.
  14. Osaka Sun Mix for LIJ?
  15. Something to do with Osaka...can't remember!
  16. X Marks the Spot because isn't she on a list to take a shuttle ride into space? Also song repeats "So I wait for it". Maybe I'm way too tired to play now.
  17. I haven't either. Excited for mail every day!!
  18. Parachutes the song or album?

Just read the lyrics. The line about "sitting with the poison takes away the pain"...I always thought it was "sitting with the boys, it takes away the pain". Pictured Chris saying that being with the band got him through tough time after breakup. LOL. But I still like that version better. Nice thought.
  20. Come on I Ran Away....give us another tough one! LOL...your challenges are fun!!
  21. Let's see...since that line starts the song and the song before it is The Hardest Part...that's my guess.
  22. How much U.S. for a balloon or AHFOD?
  23. We are all indebted to you!
