I just realised that the 28•6 in the top left hand corner of the graffiti wall was the release date of the ETIAW video...

Send him a letter... Maybe that will get his arse up and running. Or lightly threaten him. EMPHASIS ON LIGHTLY. Maybe you can contact some sort of service for online fraud to investigate.
