  10. Sorry it made you feel like crying! And the character is dark, henceforthe dark poem :P
  11. This is a fictional poem/story I wrote today, based on a character I created in my head, I'm not a poet so yes it's probably shit but I kinda like it: The Story of the Girl "I haven't painted in a month" She said "I never picked up the brush" "I didn't paint, nor draw, nor even think of" That beautiful thing she does She told her friend "I'm better now" "It's all okay, I'm good" Her friend was confused But just got on They never, understood. The girl pleaded "I'm fine, I'm fine!" The man couldn't believe "I never painted the picture" She said "I never made it bleed" Her canvas was made of Skin Her paint was made of blood The paintbrush It was Razorsharp Could cut through lead or wood "I'm trapped, I'm trapped!" She said and said "In this little bubble" "The walls are slowly caving in" And now she was in trouble The voices rang in her ears She had no escape "Leave me alone Get out my head Will you change your tape?!" "I paint for a reason You don't understand You can't and never will I want to be alone now Just me now on this lonely hill" Silence struck For a minute no more Until she finally said "I want to be better now Better like my friend" "Why your friend is-" "My friend is better Better Just like me Just like we are friends together As you can clearly see" What the girl Had yet to realise Is her friend had come to an end. "My friend is better! Better i tell you! I know it,I can sense in my heart She sends me messages Everyday and night They hit me like a dart And hurt me like a fight" Her friend had died Floated away To be with the angels The friend had sadly Killed themselves after Severe depression. The girl picked up the paintbrush "I want to paint a picture" The razor hit her skin And caused it to blister "I can't I can't!!" She screamed and screamed "Can I not just lend-" Unfortunately just like this poem Her story came to an end.
  12. Wow. You're tall :awesome: I'm 5ft7 :P
  13. The Pub is my favourite thread on coldplaying.com. It's full of the kindest, friendliest, funniest people in the world! Fcam, our li'l newbie, such a nice person, fun to talk to, great Coldplay fan! Hvn, an artist, a Coldplayer, a friendly, lovely girl who should've came to the pub earlier! Diana, Mrs Guy Berryman, 'nuff said. Judy sometimes has her coldplaying breaks but always returns with laughs and jokes. Marco, lurks and posts occasionally, creating interesting discussion and posting smiley faces, also possibly the best avi on coldplaying? Cel- one of the funniest people I have spoken to on coldplaying. Seems to make a dull day brighter. Posts letters with chocolate stamps :awesome:. Gets drunk at pub parties, invites DT and goes crazy. Loves David Tennant. Laurel- a friend. Always there. Listens. Honest. Helpful. A great artist. Creative. Fun. Some of my earliest memories from coldplaying last year was of Laurels posts. She has helped me quite recently when I was having a tough time, I don't know how bad I would've been now if it wasn't for Laurel. THANKS GUYS YOURE ALL AMAZING AND I DON'T THINK HUMANS IN GENERAL ARE NICE ENOUGH TO EACHOTHER AND DON'T COMPLIMENT EACHOTHER ENOUGH so there.
  14. I'd give it a go Shave your eyebrows off, only wear a swimsuit everywhere and only listen to 1D For A Year
  15. I cry a lot. I cry to movies. I cry to songs. But I mainly cry when I feel alone, when I feel no one understands. "I shall grant you 3 wishes" said the genie, what do you wish for? -don't be that guy who wishes for more wishes....
  16. There's a guy in my English class who looks like a blond haired Matt Smith :D
  17. OMG Have fun!! Congratulations  boy or girl? :wacky: You have fun too :awesome:
  18. So I'm on The Who's forum and I saw that there has been (and will be a) Who conventions, it made me wonder has there ever been any Coldplay conventions? I understand The Who have been around a lot longer and may have more reason to have a convention but... At a Coldplay convention it would give fans a chance to meet other fans, possibly make some new friends, people could sell any Coldplay merch/memorbilla they don't want (money could go to a charity but that's up to the seller), who ever is in charge could get a Coldplay tribute band to perform, stuff like that? So has there ever been one? Will there ever be one? Why do you guys think? :)
  19. I can't wait until the next Coldplay tour. It's been just over a year (29/05/2012) for me. Best day of my life. We need the new album first though, they can take however long it takes them though because they always bring out something great!! :D
  20. The Notebook 10/10 It was fantastic. I have never ever cried so much to a film. Beautiful.
  21. Thank you very much! This is a great read, very informative and educating. I can't wait for the day (if it will ever come) when we can all say "F*** YOU CANCER" because we have the cure I wish there was something that could get rid of all types of cancer so no one would ever have to suffer it
  22. When an advert comes on TV for Joe Satriani's tour and you stick your middle finger up at the TV
  23. No I don't dont think he'd do it either but he'd be a good doctor :snobby::P I don't think Laurie would do it :(
  24. Mine was Knights of Cydonia but I loved Supremacy and I love every second of the earlier stuff they played :dazzled:
