It is selfish when you just pursuit happiness without thinking of other people around you and how that can affect them. (e.g. is it right to abandon your children just because you aren't happy with them?) @ Lory, I think I understand where you are coming from, but don't blame on divorce the current situation of your family. Blame the people who might take it for the wrong reasons or think that marriage and family is just a game. As many people stated already divorce is just the best option when a couple just don't get along anymore and are just destroying their lives and their children. Divorces don't necessarily split a family... Sometimes they even make it better.
