Argh! The number dosn't work with my stupid post office phonecard. Might have to use my mobile then. Slim chance, but I'll give it a go. Thinking back of the BBC gig in June still makes me happy. I was at the Radio Theatre in January for a radio recording and the venue is absolutely stunning. However, a bit bigger than it looks on the photo.

I go to most concerts on my own (not only Coldplay). And I'm also one of those who actually doesn't mind and I sometimes find it strange that other people would rather not go at all than alone. When I still lived in Germany, all of my close friends had a different taste in music, so I wouldn't go with them. However, at nearly all Coldplay concerts I met with people who I knew from a messageboard before, or sometimes I just got to know people there with which I sticked. Coldplay fans are a nice bunch of people, so that's mostly no problem. I never felt alone. :D

Nick without his wig. :D Also, in the TV broadcast during Trouble, when the audience starts to sing "And they spun a web for me", the camera goes over the audience and there is one elderly gentleman somewhere in the middle singing shamelessly along. He makes me happy for some strange reason. :)

Actually I'm not a big fan of the "hits" like Clocks, In My Place, Fix You etc. on the albums. But live they still shine for me and I love to hear them. Well, maybe I could do without Fix You, but the others are just fine. I love the acoustic version of Yellow and it's great they've done something new with the song. By doing so it doesn't get boring to hear it. But I absolutely agree with all those wanting to hear some other songs like Warning Sign, Amsterdam, Shiver etc. And I want to hear Everything's Not Lost again. Even though I know it will make me cry.

Life In Technicolor makes me happy. :)

I love the last one I took. Well, no Coldplay on it but a lot of lovely butterflies. I think the butterflies were probably my most favourite part of the whole show, also because they happened during "Lovers In Japan" which I love a lot.

Oh Mann, wie überlebe ich jetzt nur die Zeit bis September? Komme gerade vom BBC Konzert aus London und es war einfach atemberaubend. Nur 45 Minuten aber nur selten habe ich 45 Minuten meines Lebens besser verbracht.

I'm back as well and I still feel amazing! Thanks so much to all of you guys for making this a perfect day. It would have been rather boring and sad for me all on my own, but with you it was a lot of fun and I loved to meet people who are just as enthusiastic about the band and the music as I am. It's something really nice to share. I put some of the butterfly confetti on my desk and will look at it all the time now and remember this fab day. Can't wait to see them live again!

Gosh, I just had a look at the site. People wanting up to 700 dollars for two tickets they won while true fans missed out!? This world is a sad place. There is also one guy looking for a woman to accompany him. :D

Thanks for the report! Glad to hear you loved it. The gig was amazing on the radio already and I can only imagine how great it must have been in the venue. Looking forward to Wednesday even more now!
