  1. I haven't been keeping up with Coldplay since the release of AHFOD, but I was wondering what is next for Coldplay? They said they didn't want to be a "rock" band anymore, but it would be really sweet if Chris Martin could do a solo album. His ear for melodies is phenomenal and I would die for him to do a little acoustic/piano solo album. Anyone think this would be possible in the future at anytime?
  2. Both of those songs are fantastic. I'll have to go with 15 Step due to it having my favorite bassline of any song ever, along with the beautiful guitar, and epic climax. 15 Step vs Jigsaw
  3. Proof 4 Yellow 9 Gravity 40
  4. Proof 4 Yellow 9 Gravity 40
  5. Proof 4 Yellow 9 Gravity 40
  6. Proof 4 Yellow 11 Gravity 38
  7. Proof 5 Yellow 17 Gravity 34
  8. Proof 5 Yellow 17 Gravity 34
  9. Proof 7 Yellow 23 Gravity 28
  10. Proof 9 Yellow 22 Gravity 27 Guys, I know Gravity is a good song, but lets be real for a second. Gravity is beautiful, but Yellow is a masterpiece that shouldn't be put down just because of the popularity it has gotten. "It's true, look how they shine for you"... This is a difficult one, as much as I love all of these songs, but I think that Yellow is just barely on top of Gravity. Imagine that Gravity was the song that made Coldplay famous, and Yellow was the less known b-side. Would that change these choices?
  11. It means "boy", I said it because its funny how you're rooting for Proof when Yellow was doing so well. Why do you choose Proof over Yellow? I'm just curious, as I believe that Yellow is better than both Proof and Gravity, although I prefer Gravity to Proof. Proof 10 Yellow 27 Gravity 22
  12. BOI Proof 10 Yellow 27 Gravity 22
  13. Proof 10 Yellow 27 Gravity 22
  14. Proof 12 Yellow 25 Gravity 22
  15. Proof 14 Yellow 23 Gravity 22 (I'm gonna have to go soon so somebody else has gotta keep this going)
  16. Proof 16 Yellow 21 Gravity 22 In my opinion Gravity is more beautiful than Proof, and Yellow beats them both. Can't believe it was losing points. Of course you get tired of it after 10,000 listens, but that doesn't change the fact it is Coldplay's masterpiece.
  17. Proof 18 Yellow 19 Gravity 22
  18. Proof 20 Yellow 17 Gravity 22
  19. Proof 22 Yellow 15 Gravity 22
  20. Not easy. They are both very different songs. As beautiful as Idioteque is, I'll have to go with Airbag. Fantastic opener. "I'm amazed that I survived... an airbag saved my life" Airbag vs Bodysnatchers
  21. Idioteque vs Everything In Its Right Place
  22. This is a difficult one. 2+2=5 has amazing energy and is a fantastic opener, however Fog is one of the most beautifully textured songs ever. 2+2=5 vs Idioteque
  23. True Love Waits vs Fake Plastic Trees
  24. Chris also seems to have an obsession with bubbles in Parachutes.
