Hard decision for me. Go to 2:45 mins into Atlas 2:30 in miracles. Which is better ? Hard told decide lol. I really like the guitar in miracles at the end yet I also like it in Atlas so I'm not sure. I'll probably go with miracles it feels more epic and has a more satisfying ending than Atlas.

oh my gosh, i just found out about this song called I bloom blaum lol.. for some reason i found all their b-sides except this one.. go listen to it , its so amazing along with Pour me its my fav CP song atm.

So I was listening to World Turned upside down, and the words are this: X&Y, the land sea rivers trees the stars the sky and later he says you, and me, So, X&Y means You&Me "You and me are floating on a tidal wave" Along with that, every song has the words "you" and "me" in it, except the following: Twisted Logic Fix you a message the hardest part each of these songs has "you" and "I" in them Idk. Just thought of this.

ok, here you can post your fav cp songs and what is awesome about them. Here i go: "World turned upside down" the best part is the end. "and you don't know that you've been born - can't see the calm until the storm - can't see your right side from your wrong - (best part) can't see the wave, your riding on I also love x&y because its just awesome when it gets to the "you and me are floating on a tidal wave" and thats cool because chris martin likes surfing, which is why he wrote crests of waves. 42 is just that song that is so epic, the build up to "you thought you might be a ghost" is just so awesome.

Alright, so i just thought of this game. Pretty much what you do is think of a time in a coldplay song that they said the title to another song. this applies to all b sides and unreleased too. This is a lot of opinions in one thread warning butthurts be advised. CONCERT THOUGHTS: At one point a fan from the crowd started making a weird yelling noise. So the song stopped and Chris was like "What was the noise? It was like '(hilarious impersonation of the noise)' I think that means they really are liking the song and they want us to keep going!" When they played Til' Kingdom Come, he skips the first part like he does with some other songs during concert and its funny how he says the words all fast. It was also cool how Jonny started singing and they stopped the song to congratulate him. At the end of don't panic, he says "cause yeah, everybody here's, got Jonny Buckland to lean on.." This is what I don't like about the concert: "All the boys, make some noise, take the roof of the f****** place" "You're a f******* legend Jonny" or something. I know most bands swear in concerts but one second I see Chris being a nice guy and having clean songs then I see him saying the f word the next. It's unnecessary in my opinion. WHY I LIKE COLDPLAY: I love Coldplay for their unique and amazing music for the first part. The thing that made them a band I listened to into a band that I respected is the fact they have normal hair, they look normal and dress normal. They don't go for any weird looks just to be unique. Also, they don't swear in any of their songs which I respect so much from them. They had the choice to swear or not, and they chose not to, which I think was the best decision they've made. Nobody is perfect. Why do you like Coldplay and what are your thoughts on the concert?

I just heard about this from my Aunt a couple of days ago, but the actual event occurred a few years ago. My aunt was in London and she was going with her friend to a sushi restaurant. As they were walking in, my aunts friend was telling my aunt about how Chris and Gwyneth lived a few houses down from her and they were friends. My aunt liked Coldplay, it wasn't her favorite band, but she had it on her iPod, and she was amazed that her friend lived so close and was friends with Chris and Gwyneth. So they start eating sushi and Chris and Gwyeneth come in along with on of the Coldplay band members. I think it was Jonny or Guy, but all she could remember is that he was tall and regular size (so it wasn't Will). Anyway, they both are really surprised so they watch Chris and them sit down. Gwyeneth comes over to say hi to my aunts friend, and they talk. She said that Fix You was written because her dad died. Anyway, the restaurant eventually asked my aunt to leave because they had finished their food and they were loitering. Unfortunatley my aunt didn't talk with Chris or the other band member. ------- She was acting so casual about it when she told me! I told her, there a lot of people (including me) who would do a lot to see what you saw.

Your opinions on this song? It is by far my favorite song on the album. I'm not too fond of the part where he sings "True Love" but I like the verses.

So many people hating on A sky full of stars. Goodness, you parachute loving scrubs i mean their whole album is slow and nice. so what, this song is "pop" thats what a lot of ppl like. you parachutes lovers, you have yur songs, and ppl who like some good pop now and then have this.. respect that... and this song is perfectly good, its not like stupid "SO WAKE ME UP CUZ IM DUMB" and that crap it still has the coldplay feel to it yet its their only upbeat song. geez relax its a perfectly good song listen to it and appreciate the melody. if you hate it then go listen to their other songs in the album... jeez at least me and a lot of other ppl like this.
