Try using at least 2 different browsers and alternate refreshing between the two (or more) of them. Also try plugging your computer directly into your wifi router via ethernet cable. :) I honestly didn't think I would get in at all. I'm on video chat with my friend who is trying for NYC tix as well & she told me exactly when it became 3am....I hesitated for a sec so I thought for sure I wouldn't have gotten them.....wow. Really proud of myself. Especially since I have very bad luck with tickets.

I feel bad!! Although I did give someone else who came on the site later a chance by releasing them after 1 minute :)
