this EP will be after LP8 for sure .. very soon

just a few days from 2 june and the band still quiet about the EP so I'm guessing it won't release until 30 june

I think we will hear all the different styles from Coldplay in this EP .. it's a Kaleidoscope

i really like Hypnotised .. sound like new and old at the sametime .. it's not a single or hit one , the one you will hear at the radio also this is a long song .. remind me of what Ed Sheeran did when he release " How you would feel " as promotional single .. i love Jonny touch in this one and also the little build up through the end not surprised by the mixed opinions here .. but it's kind sad how people keep mentioned how the band turn into the pop thing even if they release something quit far from being pop .. tbh even AHFOD is not a true pop album .. what Coldplay turn into is still different and unique and original even if you don't enjoy it .. what the band have been doing you won't hear it anywhere else .. go listen to taylor Swift or Katy perry and tell me if it's anything smaller to AHFOD era or the modren Coldplay .. i can say that about Maroon 5 and how they lost their Identity through the years .. but Coldplay still keep their souls and the old vibe .. Hypnotised somehow remaind me of AROBTTH / X&Y anyway looking forward to this EP .. i feel like A L I E N S will be the " BIG " thing .. though the release date still weirdly far

it's not about what we want it's what the band want .. if Coldplay want to reach to the mainstream pop songs in best way then they have to pick the right producer .. IMO Ryan Tedder would help them to reach their goal without losing much of their Identity .. the guy worked with , Beyonce , Adele , Taylor Swift , U2 , Maroon 5 and the Fray also his band OneRepublic are really going big again if it's up to me i would dream to see sequel to AROBTTH but again it's up to Chris and the guys

im a big fan of Brian Eno .. his work with U2 was outstanding even in Coldplay's VLVODAAHF but tbh i don't think his best work come with the modern pop genre .. MX was the worst album in term of the production .. it will be the same if Stragate for example involved in Coldplay earliest albums they won't fit in the alternative rock and the results will be disaster it's up to Coldplay and what kind of music they want to do .. for me Stargate did a fine job with AHFOD , even with the vocal snippets in the background i adore what they did in AOAL / Army Of One if it was me i will chose Ryan Tedder that guy will absolutely make the best of Coldplay and what they want to reach with the pop rock genra

i think the production in AHFOD was very good except - Everglow / Up&Up - otherwise Stargate did a good job at least comparing to the last 2 albums , MX and Ghost Stories .. what do you think ?

i really love AHFOD and i hope to hear more new stuff of this Amazing era i wonder if Stargate Involving in this EP too after the album itself and Miracles before ..

so excited - i don't think we will hear different style than AHFOD .. just more poppier songs - i also expect Prospekt's March style EP with 3/4 new songs - the guys really enjoying this era and try to extended as long as they can - funny how Chris always mention the ending after every album and yet he can't stop writing lol
