lol the last time i saw a mounti dude was when i was in jasper for another skiing comp....loooong time ago...lol it's beeeeeeeeeautiful here!!! u should come...sweetest snow, mountains, fishing, history (cartier etc), wild life, its a great place for shoppers, drug dealers (lol), gays, beer lovers eh (u have the $ we hav the keg!), nightlife, THE GUYS OMG THER SO HOT!, if u love cold we hav that too!, hockey players, :idea2: our army force of hockey players (todd bertuzzi too haha) and penguins!... :rolleyes: ....it rocks here :D :P :lol:

OO MEE TOO!!!!!! i seriously know some hypnotism with some yoga that can help, i do it all the time...my coach taught me cus he thought i wasnt getting enough sleep for competitions...and i'm not joking!...it gets u sleep in about 5-10 minutes!
