Just curious to see how many of ya were able to get tickets fer U2 this spring/summer. I got tickets fer both Philadelphia shows...both shows sold out in less than 10 minutes! I was unable to get tix fer NYC. I heard the NYC and 2 NJ shows sold out in 6 minutes! If anyone here is going to the Philly shows, lets hang out and party before the show! :rolleyes:

As it looks now U2 will only be playin' 1 show in NYC and btw, the tix go onsale this monday, not saturday :) Plus, they will be adding a 3rd show fer the E.Rutherford dates. U2 will come back in the fall and hit Canada and the south here in America. I'm so excited!!! :D

OMG! It's on a saturday too! I never saw U2 in NYC....I think I'll skip the NJ 1 show fer it! woohoo!

Ticket Master is gonna melt down this saturday when tix go on sale. I love Coldplay but there's no other band live like U2! I'm gettin' seat tix fer may 14th in philly and GA tix fer may 17th in NJ. Can't wait!!! :sneaky:

Me discovered Coldplay when I first heard Clocks. They are by far the most talented musicians in music today.

Talk about 'rock music'? Well, that's a pretty broad subject but I will throw in my 2 cents. I'm NOT a fan of american rock music made by white middle class kids. In this day and age the only thing that matters is the singer is screaming his head off into a microphone and the band is seeing how loud and fast they can play. As long as ur making a loud sound, that's all that matters. Alot of muscle but very little brains behind it all. This is the one reason why I love Coldplay so much. Chris Martin isn't just a singer.....he's a musician with more talent in his pinky finger than all the 'punk' kids have in their whole body....all doing their thick guitar riffs thinking their in the 70's. People don't like music today because it's good....they only like it because it REMINDS them of something that ONCE was good.

It was the song that got me hooked on Coldplay and I can never get enough of it. "Clocks" is to Coldplay as "With or Without You" is to U2. :D

Yes, March is right around the corner. I just recently got into Coldplay and luv 'em!

I saw MTV Jammed and it was very kewl. I didn't see the 'official' video yet cause i hate MTV!
