Ahhh Up&Up is still awesome

Hmm. Makes sense. Probably the combination of the complete change in sound and the new sound moving too close to mainstream for comfort, and then with the change in style people didn't like it and started to realize maybe they needed to move on from Coldplay, and come back to reality. It's quite sad.

Dang it sucks that some of the Coldplay fanbase just left after Mylo Xyloto. I wasn't here then but I can imagine how saddening it was. The hype was just sooooooo real and then BAM! the album was miles worse than everything they'd ever done.

Lol I understand about HFTW. I like it ok; sounds like it could be a solid R&B song, but I feel Like it's gonna be a skip track after I listen to the album the whole way through once. I'm really excited for Up&Up, Amazing Day, AOAL, Kaleidoscope, Fun, and Everglow. AHFOD and Army of One are growing on me, but I'm not expecting too much love comimg from me for those tracks. Hope I'll be surprised tho.

They could've just skipped Colour Spectrum it's basically MMIX and useless.

Which clips aren't you enamoured with?

Yeah in Everglow his voice sounds like it does live (which most of the time is sub par) and it strained in that clip. But i wouldn't worry too much.

Pretty sure this might top Viva as well. Except for HFTW. It's good for R&B but compared to the other songs it's child's play. But thanks Beyoncé, at least more people will buy CP's album cause your on it.

Ahhhh thank you so much everything sounds so amazing now, even more than before. I think I like AHFOD and Army of One better now, they are actually pretty nice, and Kaleidoscope... Bruh the end of the snippet took me to music heaven.

The reason I love this album so much already, is because, as previously stated, EVERYONE in the band shines on every track (except Fun, Kaleidoscope, and Army of One, but no one shines in those snippets except Stargate and everyone elae probably comes in later). Every song has an amazing guitar riff, bass riff, vocal performance, and when applicable, piano melody or chord progression. I'm loving it

The only complaint I have is that the bass is pretty loud while at some points the strings aren't heard. But that just might be instagram messing it up. Still love the song, one of my favorites

I mean plain alternative, like nowadays. Not alt rock. Also I mean that it is too synth driven and mainstream sounding to be alternative; it's just pop. When I say productiony I mean it's drowned out in layersof sound. I kight like the rest but now i'm feeling a light to decent 3 on this one
