Peedster, actually, I don't watch any cable news shows since i don't have cable. But I've seen it years ago and I know what you mean...

 

so now I get most of my news from wire reports...no way in hell can you bring editorial content in an AP or AFP or Reuters bulletin! All else is pretty much one talking head's take on what 5 other talking heads are bullshitting about...

 

and PBS even doesn't go unscathed in this behavior. I hate it that all American news media like to tell us what we just got told in a debate! Or in any other situation...that's what talking heads do...they tell you what someone just told you, but with a twist of their own! :rolleyes:

oh, i missed it lots when i first had to get rid of it, but its no big deal now. Actually I hate CNN the most...they have the same freakin' news every half-hour...it gets really annoying when they have the same old footage to show you day in and day out, until they can find something new to brag about or fill their sorry 24-hour dead-time schedule.
