Try using heli dave,then use some rockin' weapon to kill fastly all the bastards,then use the car nearby and get away.If i remember correctly that should do it.

i finally did it

 

it was more of a hit and run sit...i drove in running people over, picked up Lance and then legged it!

 

im now doing this really annoying level where i have to smash windows...its rather weird cos it seems easy yet i cant do it
