Is Low the new yellow? I have heard this but its hard to believe. Can somebody explain to me how the song is.

those on The Edge (Canada) were recorded at any rate... It's been posted all over and quite popular with the downloads... There are 2 threads I think with the mp3 format and 1 in m4a format... :)

Low isn't exactly the new Yellow, I heard it at Kool Haus yesterday. I thought that because they played Yellow right before it, it kind of overshadowed Low. But Low will be great when we hear the recorded version. It has loud guitar sounds like Yellow but to me, didn't have the same effect. I've only heard it once though, and I think it will grow on me.

I don't think of loud guitars when I think of Coldplay... I dig their piano and mellower stuff

think of it as a cross between Yellow and One I love... it's a rockin song.. especially for coldplay

yeah it definitely is a rockin song. i liked it alot, but i didn't think of it as the new yellow. i'll have to hear the final verdict after hearing the studio (21 days!)

i didn't really love it when i first got it, was a bit of a let down after fix you. then i used headphones and it sounds really intense the lyrics are amazing. something like:

 

"all you ever wanted was love/but you never looked hard enough/its never gonna give itself up/all you ever wanted to be/living in perfect symmetry"
