Solid Ground?

Featured Replies

I thought Debs on the offricial site said that Solid Ground was going to be on the album but teaked a bit. From the clips it doesnt sound like anything there.

maybe just a part of it or maybe just the lyrics i think

yeah i dont know. sad if it doesnt show up somewhere, ive been waiting many moons for that horn arrangement and tasty melody.

I've bee following the Solid Ground developments very closely for the past 2 years lol. Debs actually said that when the album is released we will know it, but she also said it will definitley turn up somewhere. This might mean that (since she told us it will definitely show up somewhere) when the CD is released and if its not on there, then we will simply know that its IS going to be a b-side.

err, I hope :P

ya know what though...I just listened to the clip of Swallowed in the Sea and the lyrics are slightly similar (ok, based only on one line that caught my attention--"get lost and then get found"----in Solid Ground its "oh i once was lost and now I'm found..."). I know, Debs DID say in a Q&A once that Swallowed in the Sea was NOT Solid Ground, but, hey, she also said that Talk would definitely NOT be on the album now didn't she?! :P

(just my mind ticking away late at night I'm sure :P    )

Maybe it's gonna be a b-side on Fix You :D
