Coldplay didn't write "You Only Live Twice" , Robbie Williams didn't write the section in Millenium that you're thinking of. Millenium takes a sample from the Nancy Sinatra song, You Only Live Twice, which was made for the James Bond video...which is why Robbie Williams acts the part of James Bond in the Millenium video.
