I was listening to the radio in the car, and it was counting down the single charts. At around 14, i heard a clip of Fix You, and the person said 'Fix You by Coldplay, at number 14'.

its not, its probably 14 on that radio station

in the uk comericial stations do their own count downs of the songs they are playing, people ring in or text to vote
