does anyone know any good exercises or diets or anything about how to lose weight? anyone had a weight loss plan that worked for you?

Eh, I just stopped eating so much and I lost... er... 15 pounds over a summer. 0_o

for that, you have to go with a doctor, a food doctor( lol) it all depends on your body, etc. what it worked for someone might not work for you

When I went through my breakup this past summer, I lost like 15 pounds in 2 months and continue to. Another way is to start smoking. I am sorta kidding though.

 

Just limit the portions that you eat, eat healthy and work out.

Justine, smoking does actually help. It's not the healthiest choice, but it does stop you from snacking and stuff.

i noticed when I used to go to a gym that the more i exercised the less i ate and i lost weight that way. I need to start that up again. I had sooo much more energy when I worked out everyday.

Yes - exercise makes a big difference both physically and mentally. I feel so much better after I've been running.................................. :) I don't do it in order to keep weight down, though.

Nick don't eat after 7pm, and spend 30 mins on different excersises(duh the spelling)

like push ups and stuff, and it's ought to work!
